@thetwilightfreak101 It might be hard to start but I breathe through my nose and exhale through my mouth... you'll learn that if you swallow a fly in a 200 meter dash...
@101XxCoLexX101 actually, probably, cause your starts and explosion from standing still is rlly good, so if you train agility i would assume you should become pretty fast faster then some one who doesn't have alot of power
couldn't u use a cage with a lion and stick a big peice of steak on ur back then open the cage and run dont die and ull run 100 mph :D good luck

Yes, any exercise that trains your muscles (leg muscles especially) will be beneficial as it gives your muscles more (explosive) power.
