it's a city... it happens everywhere. i live in portland, it's really not that big of a deal. i like cruising around downtown and old town at night on the bike or longboard, you see a lot of interesting things. But really, it's one of the safest cities around.
For this reason, our religion, Islam forbids drinking alcohol ....

@phiznak It's a very high-crime city at night. But surprisingly, during the day all the college kids and cyclists come out and it's very nice.
