  • Obviously neither the USA nor Israel (hence, nor Europe, of course) are interested in Assad's losing control of Syria. Everybody is holding their breath and looking the other way. With the power imbalance that appear to exist in Syria, the many minorities seem to support Assad, while the sunny majority is against him. If he falls, I'm afraid the place could become another Lebanon. What do you think??!

  • Hi Juan - What are the fundamental differences between Quaddafi's (former) regime and Assad's regime by way of asking why isn't NATO bombing Syria, like they did effectively in Libya?
