Our cheese comes in cans. We used to pump it like butter but now we pre-cup it in the little plastic salsa cups and put them in the bottom of our popcorn merchandiser so they get toasty warm. It's a dandy system unless you're the sucker who has to put the cheese into the cups for an hour. But yeah, dumped one on my hand once; cheese lava is an apt description.
