One Year Old Mcdonald's French Fries vs Week Old Organic Fries

Why cant people understand that the real reason Mcdonald's fries don't decompose is that they dry out quickly. Without water bacteria or mold cannot grow. The organic fries you used are clearly thicker and bigger so they retain more water and grew mold. Its an annoying misconception that a zillion people seem to have. With all your talk about chemicals and fatty acids I thought you would have known some simple biology/chemistry.

Because anything NATURAL and meant to be consumed deteriorates and disintegrates. That's just how nature works. Anything that enters your body is supposed to break down. If the greatest weathering advantage we have is time(combined with environment)....and THAT doesn't break the food down... how the hell is our body to break it down?

I got an old stainless-steel french fry cutter at an auction for $5. You can also find them at thrift shops. I leave the skins on the potatoes. They are a lot tastier and cheaper than McDonalds. I like them with a sprinkle of malt vinegar.

It's past 7 AM, and I haven't slept since 10 AM yesterday morning. I'm 14, and can't sleep , so out of boredom, I decided to look up "Are McDonald's French Fries Healthy?" and came across your videos. Since then, I've watched all of your videos, I really want a pair of those Vibram shoes, and I am now conscious of what I eat and annoyingly aware of the fact that I don't have much of a choice of what to eat. Needless to say, I've subscribed and can't wait to see more of your videos! :D

Just remember, the best way to eat is to go back to basics! Veggies, fruits, legumes, whole grains (not including breads...sorry) seeds, nuts (prepared the proper way). It makes me so happy to see people making healthy changes in their lives...especially so young, like you and me :)

I havent eating Mcdeath for over 3 years but when i moved my refrigerator to replace it i found one lonely fry under the fridge that was atleast 3 years old and looked like it was bought a hour ago. When I was in college we removed the back seat cushion of my friends car . We found a packaged Jimmy dean sausage that still looked "fresh" out if the box , except that it was flattened . I asked my friend how long it had been there and her response was " I haven't eaten those since high school!! "

We were both shocked . It was at least two years old. Through winter and 100 degree+ humid heat.

@CaliforniaKid408 That's the point he's trying to make. It DOESN'T mold, like normal food does. All the chemical preservatives keep the fries from molding and decomposing, and those chemicals are not good for your body in any way. Their food does not mold because they put a bunch of icky unnatural junk in it. And McDonald's french fries are nasty anyways lol.
