@IAmClearlyTheBest However, that "ending" is just a fatal mistake that the character (no spoilers. :o) made. This ending is him leaving everyone on the island to die and become slaves for genocide.

Let's see now. Leaving all your friends to die under the control of a madman, letting them also wipe out all living creatures on the Earth on your own will, accidentally falling to your untimely demise... touch decision.

the Songs name is the opposite of what you do in this scenario. you get to leave,but at the cost of millions of lives and abandoning your friends. Is that what a true Hero would do in a case like this? its a Sad but oddly Happy feeling when you can say "fuck it,im alive".

In a way, the "bad" ending is bittersweet. You don't have to go through the stress of fighting the Doctor anymore, but at the same time, you just compromised the lives of millions. Way to go, jerk.

Now, as awesome as this is, it seems a bit unfit for the purpose it was made - it seems a bit too upbeat for the bad ending. It would suit a more bittersweet ending a bit better, rather than an outright negative one like this.
