why are there GMs at 0:20? Garma died in September, and the GM Precession type (the GM prototype) wasn't rolled out untill october. not to mention one of those was definatly a GM 2, which wasn't released untill after the Delaz Fleet conflict.

The scene at 0:20 shows off the infancy of the EXAM project, more commonly known as the Blue Destiny arch. The purpose of the scene, while stretching cannon a bit, is to show that the funeral has drawn the attention of the whole Earth Sphere, even going so far as to stretch into other series and side stories like War in the Pocket, Stardust Memory, and The Blue Destiny.

Actually, the true's Char's death saved Casval's life. The two were friends and neighbors, and looked like twin brothers except for their eyes. While boarding a plane, Char got in trouble for bringing a gun I think and was going to be detained, which would have meant he missed the academy exams. Casval agreed to switch places with Char so that he could take his tests. Unfortunatly for Char, Kycillia had learned that Casval was supposed to be on the flight, and had the shuttle destroyed.
