Back when NBC was great. Matter of fact, it was great until they took off shows like The Cosby Show, A Different World, Friends, ER and even heroes. They still have a few good shows (30 Rock and Community) but they tend to take off shows that give them high ratings. Back in the 80's, thursdays at 8 consisted of the Cosby Show, A Different World and Cheers. NBC needs to step up their game.
ahhh...my childhood shows that I miss...I can only take so much of people calling each other itches & f-ing everybody & throwing roses at each other...give me a good PLOT/STORYLINE!
God Rest Gary Coleman's soul, Great actor & Great Person! God, i miss the 80's period, we don't need no stinking Vampire shows on TV like The Gates & the other CRAP on TV now days, sheesh! I'm sick & Tired of it, Bring Back The 80's PLEASE!!!! I totally miss the voice-over guy & the promos like back then. Those WERE THE Good 'ol days....These days SUCK! :( I want to go back, please take me back, can i go back, please, pretty please?!?!? LOL

Yes, Bosom Buddies did indeed originally ran on ABC. But it originally ran from 1980-82.
BB reran on NBC in the Summer of 1984.

BOSOM BUDDIES was on ABC @carmesundae, but for some reason NBC decided to bring it back in reruns for 5 weeks back in the Summer of 1984.

Summer 1984....as NBC was rerunning Bosom Buddies long after ABC had cancelled it.
