I love George's style of interviewing - he actually lets the guest speak. All he has to do is prompt, or direct, but he doesn't try to talk over them or complete their sentences. And he genuinely looks interested!

This is so cool to see Mel C (Melanie) and not the Sporty Spice I knew when I was 9. She's even more accessible and relatable like this. She's so frank and brutally honest about herself, and that makes her admirable in my eyes.

I may sound unintentionally patronizing, but she has a lot of guts to call her own CD worthless, and embrace the tremendous difference in attention and sales she gets now than with the Girls. I felt so sorry for her when she said that, but then realized she's got nerves of steel to sweep on forward regardless of the radical changes.

Good for her. She's a brutally honest, tremendous talented artist, easily the best singer of the Girls and a fantastic musician in her own right.
