well why not.. when he is in year 2030, all those things are possible to come (maybe not so soon but maybe 2050-90) or something. but of course not the time machine :D and i don't think that humans will blow themselves with nuclear bombs or something that they couldn't do those things because everybody can understand that. even kim jong il haven't shoot some nuclear bomb even when that guy is so crazy.. at least he knows that somebody just kill him or anybody for doing something crazy
