This "Dubai debt" story is bs. Why say it now while you were in debt long back maybe even before last year? Well it happens to affect US because a lot of companies have investments over there for example a construction company building high rise apartment. I don't think it will affect gold and silver, they will rebound next week...I HOPE!

There is no bubble in gold. It's increase in dollar price is an indication of the decrease in value of the dollar. As the Fed continues to debase the dollar, gold will continue to rise. This is true for currencies around the world.

No there probably wont, at least in the short term. What you do have though is the knowledge of whats coming armed with what seems like a history of success. Just prepare for the worst, because thats whats coming, and ride out the wave of misery while others fail. When the misery subsides, you will be head and shoulders above the rest and in prime position to take advantage of the many opportunities.

i dont give a shit about min wage i have never worked for it in my life. i have worked as a marine (deep water oil rigs) and union commercial electrician (50-75K depending on time off) my whole life this is the first tiem i have ever been unemployed in 20 years. i know a little something about "marketable skills" i have lived in over 10 states and have never been without a job. you say you work in a ammo container plant sure hope you dont get pushed out by a bunch of illegalls.

I would recommend buying 1oz of silver on ebay and giving it to them for safekeeping then regularly showing them the rising price of metals. It worked for my parents. The funny thing about metals is that once you have them in your possession, you tend to fall in love and want more and more and more!!! Gold fever.
