Hello, I realise that the universal tickets that you are currently offering are only available to December 2011, we are visiting in Feb 2012 though. Will these tickets be available for 2012, and if so can I purchase them in 2011?

I assumed this was an ongoing service; however, after reading the comment of "This offer is currently valid through Dec. 2011", I was wondering if they will still be doing the Mears shuttle service to and from Universal in January 2012?

@MapleBedas It's assumed that it will continue, however Universal will not sign a new contract with Mears until November, so it won't be confirmed until then. Hi, one of the people in my party has a season pass to Universal and therefore does not need to purchase a ticket, can he still ride with us in the Mears shuttle?

@PiratesofWDW He can ride in the shuttle, but he has to purchase a shuttle ticket for $19 and must pre-order that ticket. You can do so by calling us at 877-918-8941.

@jsennett621 This is good through December 31, 2010. When you call to schedule the transportation pickup, let the agent know that you have a 6 year old. If it is a bus, you will not need a booster seat. If it is a van pickup, they will arrange for a booster seat for them.

How do I hop between Universal and Islands of Adventure? Is there transportation?

@yoelkeren: when you enter the park, you go to your left or right to go to Island of Adventure or Universal. Its all connected. Closer than Epcot & Magic Kingdom. No need for transpo between parks here.

When you get picked up, is it in a taxi or mears bus? Do they go to other resorts? Also, how early do they start? Like if we want to get there before they open...TIA!

@bradsdadg You get picked up by a Mears shuttle bus. It does go to other resorts, but only if someone has scheduled a pickup at another resort. If you're the only resort that has scheduled pickups, it will only visit one resort. They start running the shuttles one hour before the Universal parks open.

When you confirm your tickets, you will receive an email from us. This email will have a shuttle coupon that you print and use for the shuttle transfers to Universal Studios. Once you arrive to Universal Studios, you then pick up your Theme Park tickets. Yes, Universal Express is an extra cost. The price does vary based on your travel dates. You can contact us directly for more details on Universal Express prices - please be sure to include your travel date to Universal Studios.

Where do you pick up the shuttle bus tickets? You said on the video you have to go to universal to pick them up that seems like a waste of time and money because in order to do that you would have to take a cab there on another day. Could you clarify what you meant. Also are the theme park express tickets extra? If so how much are they?
