hi, im in desperate need of a fairly hard hitting fork fork alll mountain freeride and a downhill duties, could this fork cope with it of will it just be a waste of money, i dont have a lot of money so this fork will be a large investment for me, if you could get back it would be great, cheers :)

@jamjarng228aw For the price, nothing beats it in terms of performance and pure travel! 180mm from a fork costing usd3xx is pretty damn bang for buck! had quite a few gnarly crashed and the fork held up very well too. There was once i was just trying to roll down a few set of stairs, but instead i went too fast and gapped the last set of stairs which is roughly 7~ft high and landed on my front wheels and endoe'd. I weigh 90kg and after that my front tyres pinch flat. The for was fine afterwards

I have had this fork for about a month now and I am very pleased with it. I have taken It lift access and it handles everything smoothly. I used to think that SR Suntour was a junky company but now I know they make good forks too.

Because I have tahat same fork but in black edition and I think its more stiff, i have to fix a mobile on frame and check it :D and do you have an Pneumatic travel adjust system on it ?

@kofolateam sad to say i haven't touched my bike for quite some time so i've forgotten the pressure i pumped into it. If i remembered correctly it was 120psi for my 90kg weight on the bottom air valve. The top air valve i pump it to around 50~psi. And yes i have the pneumatic travel adjust. i found it annoying so i removed it and the housing, put a coin there and taped seal the whole thing and now its a push-button travel adjust :D

Yeah, i think the time has come for some new tyres, check out maxxis advantage, very good tyre, but for cross-country.

zależy w czym jeździsz. Ja jeżdze w dircie i dla mnie 100 skoku to max a dj jest dla mnie idealny, a cena prawie taka sama jak tego duroluxa. Mój ziomek ma ale musiał wymienić tłumik i coś tam jeszcze bo mu prawie nie chodził.

P.S Masz albo miałeś dj'a że sie wypowiadasz czy tylko z opowiadań kolegów tak świetenie sie znasz?

neh, the fork is adjusted to my weight perfectly. sag may seem a lot, but do remember the fork is 180mm total travel.

Only tuning done was the air pressure.

Other than that, everyhings standard. Oh, and btw, the fork is mounted on a DaBomb Sputnik 14" hardtail.
