All digivices I have are real. Same goes for tamagotchi's. I do have a mix of others in there (non digivice ones). But I collect only real digivices.

I sorta regret getting rid of the Digimon ones I owned though. I loved the black Digivice I had from the second season ones. I like your collection.

At one point I had 4 tamas that I took care of at the same time... D: Thank goodness they now have a pause button!

You can pause the old ones too, just leave them in SET in the clock setting. So you can pause them going all the way back to 96. Now they come with a dedicated pause button combo so makes it easier.
