The breathing can be applied to many aspects of life, because a professional voice coach (for singing) will tell you the same thing, to breath through your stomach and not your chest because you won't run out of breath as quickly that way.

About the breathing. I agree with you 100% about nose breathing being important for health. What if you physically cannot breathe through your nose? Mine has been shattered so badly that the doctors have told me that it cannot be repaired. I am able to breathe through it a little IF I focus on it. But not for all day... will I be able to get some benefits just from doing it in a focused method a few times each day?
I wish there were more watermelons with seeds around, its wierd not having seeds anymore we need to keep the species going and i find seedless watermelons to be quite bland compared to a real watermelon
@BeYourPotential what about telling your subscribers to demand watermelons and grapes etc. to be produce WITH seeds! The seeds of watermelons are good blended and they are known to repair a part of the eyes. The sees of grapes also do so many wonderful stuff in the body. We need to increase knowledge and responsibility into our farmers mind!

u know what i started watching ur juice feast around the 30th day, but watching these early ones as well now to get some juicing ideas, i did some pure water melon last week, amazing absolutely amazing, as long as its a gd melon of course.
Also, if you want to learn to breathe properly there are many programs available. qigong has some great breathing instruction, the art of breathing by nancy zi is great and michael white is the king of breathing instruction.
Matthew, I am really interested in following your journey. However, in this video the wind overpowers your audio - suggest not recording outside when it is windy. I cannot here about 50% of your words. Just a little better at the new location.
Can you include maybe once a week your body weight. I think that I would lost a lot of weight doing this.
I've attempted a one-day lemon water fast, and was successful up until I went to bed. I just couldn't get to sleep, my stomach wouldn't let me. Any suggestions? Perhaps a melatonin supplement?
@KillerCracker69 If I can't sleep I stop trying to get to sleep and instead do some meditation or put my ipod on and listen to other teachers, and when I listen to Deepak Chopra that usually puts me out! : ) Full moons keep me awake all night so I just make it a productive night instead of tossing and turning. If the body wants to stay awake don't fight it! : )

@StopmeatGoveg The only time I have had problems with water melon is when i have had it when my stomach wasn't completely empty. it goes through the system like a race car so if there is some slow moving vehicles the water melon bashes them out of the way. Best time is first thing in the morning!

I get wicked stomach ache from too much watermelon. Found some people who have had the same problem but no reasoning as to why. Any ideas?
