in Sims 3, you dont get any of those yet... You have to wait for an expansion pack to come out. The Sims 3 team said you willhave all the items ( or expansion packs ) you had in sims 2

no m8 the sims 3 is like the sims 2 but with nightlife and extra objects, and with improved graphics and gameplay of cause. hope this helped.
