I have a honda ruckus 06' I have no wiring harness or ECU, and don't really want them, I have the ruckus engine its perfect, but I have no CDI box, What do I need to make this engine run without the ECU or wiring harness?

do you know what is the difference between Honda Ruckus and Honda Zoom? because I want a Ruckus but in Hungary there are only Zoomers :/ and they look similar to Ruckus :OO

@mrtubeo if you do end up buying a ruckus make sure to get an 06 or newer model they made adjustment to the cdi that increases stock top speed from 37 up to 43 miles per hour along with some other minor adjustments. the zoomers are very rare in the u.s. and hard to find. the ruckus will do just fine if you dont have any streets over 45 you want to ride on.

What model impact wrench are you using? or what specs does it have in terms of rpm and torque? Every single one I've bought has been too weak to take off the variator nut.

@LolzMan7756 some of the kickstarter is contained in the belt cover and not seen here. when you kick the kickstarter a gear is exteneded from the belt cover that grabs the starter washer on the crankshaft.  :}

i told the dealer when i bought mine that the handlebars were too low, and sure 'nuf after 5 months riding and getting used to it, i take a right turn too sharp, the kickstand slides on paving, i'm in a slide so my right foot goes out and stops me from falling, as soon as it hits the ground, the right under-side of the handlebar decides to take a nap on my right knee, the back tire catches and BENDS THE RIM!!! ouch

Dude i accidentaly removed your comment on my channel sorry but are you serrious that the met is faster? the ruckus is tuned leaner and has a 15 main jet insted of 13 i think the met has it also has a 3 needle what ever that is ;} but yeah what all did you do to the met and how fast you think i can get it go with daytona speed veriator daytona cdi 10.500 rev limit i believe, and yoshimura exhaust i know that doesnt add speed but thats about all im going to do plus new spark and belt.

ive got a 50cc w a electric choked carburator, that just wont start, theres plenty of fuel, battery full spak to coil-spark plug the starter, turns over but but the engine does not fire up, any ideas

i might not know too much, but this happened with my lawnmower :-) and i bought a new gas filter and spark plug and changed the oil. and i also took all the giant screws out of what i think is the engine block and then put them all back in in the the correct order o make sure that there is enough pressure for the actual combustion to start. but your problem may be completely different and i just really dont know what im talking about

I can't be 100 sure but i think its a k&N airfilter, i used to have one on a honda z50rr wnen i was a young tacker. It looks very similar.
