BECAUSE:the island (when it not relased) was visible from a top of a car park. the bridge was under construction and etc. BUT:these new aras(southern) unvisible from any points of the city. what about the naval yard upgrade? i think it's maybe possible because there's a sea at it's position in the paradise city map,but there's any sign of a DLC here too.

if u look closely near silver lake the bride that connects the harbor with the mountain side is gone its the bridge with the 3 super jumps, u cant see the bridge in the beta pic

NO! That was the ORIGINAL plan! They've made it more compact now so there are loads of stunts everywhere. Now you don't have to drive forever to get to the next ramp!

Also, the island on the East will be paid DLC, but it won't be the boring airport you see there - it will be the massive new Big Surf Island, designed to give players complete freedom.

but the map shown was the original designed map. before planes were even considered, they scrapped it in the end.

this must come in multiple DLC downloads. Criterion has only been talking about Eastwood, so the rest must still be in development. On the other hand, Eastwood looks too puny to be the ENTIRE DLC, so maybe they're keeping it a secret... ...I sure hope they are.

@middlehavenracer simple. if what u need is to know is about downloading content for the PS3 then, here it goes... you'll need internet to go to the playstation store, wich means: no internet, no downloads. Look for it in the place that says: network in the menu. somewhere around there, u should be able to find the playstation store. thats as far as i'n gonna take ya, so for further details, like Anthr0x said, go to the website.

aparently burnout might be introducing a biplane. so perhaps in the future the airport will also open up and you can go drive around the airport or choose to go in a biplane and watch it all happening ( although i'd probably be in the biplane the entire time lol )

They were going to release the game with it, but the ran out of time and wasnt completly ready, and they didn't have enough money to complete it, so they decided to cut it off, sell the game without the extensions. Got millions of money to continue developing it. Then on the next update it shall be installed

there is new downloadable content that will be on the ps3 network and xbox network but i dont know when... also the bridge will be accessable and you can go offroading, and im pretty sure there is another city as well. you get a new car called the DustStorm so you can go offroading. it better come out soon or im gunna murder someone

TRY THIS , when u go 2 the cunstruction birdge go on top of the parking garage, with medium speed drive to the ram that is facing the cunstruction birdge in mid air hit show time , you should be able to get in to the bridges construction site!!!
