  • GOOOO CANUCKS GOOO!! VANCOUVER WILL DO IT AGAIN

  • @desiraver You're takin on the BRUINS!!! Boston WILL NOT BE DENIED IN 2011!!!

  • @desiraver vancouver did do it again, if you mean not winning...for a looooooong time...

  • I really hope Tampa Bay Lightning will win.

Where' s Mike Smith with Her Ororo Munroe / Storm (X-Men) mask?

  • I liked the outcome of this game :D

  • Wow, this place gets soooooo loud when the Bruins score.... SICK "fan"base Tampa Bay. More Bruins fans here than Lightning fans.

  • Clean hit but I'm ready to get some revenge. Krejci has been targeted recently, I don't like it.

  • Big bad, no blame, just saying. On the replay, close up, the bench looks like they're asleep. Someone must have been screaming at krej that he was about to get decked. Just glad he,s ok. Cj said today that he's fine.

  • yea dont agree wit the penalty on the krejci hit but it wasnt krejcis fault. y do people blame him? he had just turned around and was tryin to get the puck on his stick and he got nailed. there was nothin he could do. but it was a clean hit.

  • @bigbadbruins0796 Exactly. The VS analysts called him out unfairly I'd say. He is looking for the pass the whole way and couldn't see the change behind him and subsequent man off the bench. I agree, players need to keep their head up more but that wasn't Krejci's fault. If anything, I say you can't make that pass to him in that position. The passer can see the guy...Krejci can't. Don't put teammates in vulnerable positions. That said, Sides needed to backhand it out to relieve pressure.

  • @alexn726 at least krejci wasnt injured thhats the important thing

  • stats are for losers, final score is for winners..

  • waht a defensive clinic by the bruins

  • Regardless of where we as fans stand, the Bruins players will not make the mistake of thinking that Tampa "can't even compete". They have deep talent and Rolo has the ability to stand on his head and steal some games at any given moment. The boys will take very them very seriously until they are safely in our rearview mirror.

  • @ljspaziani yea i know they won't have a let down they are smarter then that but i think they can dominate the bolts

  • Great game for Lucic and the Bruins. Highlights don't show his work on the second goal: his dump and recovery, then the keep at the line as he was going for the change. For a guy with a banged up foot, he was really digging on that shift. Can't believe the refs let Rolo get away with playing the puck in the 'no touch' zone. That is not a discretionary call. As far as the hit on Krej, you gotta know where that guy is. Some will say the initial point of contact was the head, but I disagree.

  • @ljspaziani Yeah, I was screaming at the TV at that play. No question that puck was outside the trapezoid. Absurd. Perhaps they felt the need to give them a break after the bogus penalty they called on Tampa just before that.

And as you said, the hit on Krejci was clean. Kept the arm tucked until follow through which is why the refs got tricked into calling an elbow minor. But it was a great hit. Unfortunately, it was on my favorite player haha.

  • @alexn726 That was a hot topic this morning on Boston sports radio.. apparently one of the stations covering the game picked up audio of a ref telling Roloson "Don't do that again" as they let his delay of game penalty slide. I haven't found a clip yet though, if it's even public.

  • @xSacramentofLove Well, I didn't hear it on VS and the other major network that would carry it is probably TSN. I'm hoping the NHL will give access to that feed by tomorrow night and I'll be interested in seeing if I hear anything. Regardless, that is a non-discretionary call...it has to be called. But, the Bruins won and that's all I care about at the moment. :)

  • Tampa can't even compete with us game one was a fluke

  • @bostonbruinsfan1000 yea but game two was 6-5. Seems pretty competetive....

  • @buttkick22 yea but we dominated that game they had a couple of really lucky goals

  • @bostonbruinsfan1000 i dunno man. tampa outshot boston and scoring chances were even. I wouldn't call that domination. The lightning dimonated game 1. I think the bruins are a better overall team (when thomas isn't letting in bouche type goals) but it's been very competitive.

  • @buttkick22 Stats show that the team that outshoots the other has lost every game in both of the Bruins and Lightnings playoff run.

  • @sunflowerpixie1 okay but still. There was no "domination" in that game. My point was that this is a competitve series so far and that the idea that tampa can't at least compete with the bruins is obviously false.

  • @buttkick22 Welp. That's your opinion. I think the Bruins dominated the blue line and that led to barely any decent time in our defensive zone for the Lightning to sustain a good amount of pressure. Of course there was a few shifts they got quality chances, but nothing compared to the amount of chances we had.

  • @sunflowerpixie1 u do know i was reffering to the 6-5game right?

  • @buttkick22 OH woops haha. Why are you talking about that game!? Who cares about that game now. Just happy we got out of that with a win :)

  • @sunflowerpixie1 the original comment i was responding to was "Tampa can't even compete with us game one was a fluke". SO i brought up the fact that obviously game 2 was extremely competitive. The original poster then said that the bruins still dominated that game (which i didn't quite understand). THat's when u came in. I completely understand ur confusion as u came in later not knowing of the previous posts. After today's game, i think I made my point :)

  • @buttkick22 Last night's game was good, eh? :P

  • @sunflowerpixie1 yes it was very competitve and very close. Like i knew it would be..........which furthers my point that Tampa can obviously compete with the bruins :). I just hope whoever wins can at least put up a fight against vancouver. Should be a rather quick stanley cup final.

  • @buttkick22 true but i'll give you a quick rundown of tampas shitty goals. GAME 1 1st goal: sidenberg lost his stick, 3rd goal: kaberle fucked up in front, GAME 2 1st goal: banked off boards behind the net and put in behind timmy, 2nd goal: st. louis tipped off of boychucks hand and in (it would have missed the net), 5th goal: off of timmy's head (while he was helmetless). i'm just saying that they got some lucky bounces i know that hockey goes sometims but they can't keep winning games like tha

  • @bostonbruinsfan1000 they got a couple of weak goals in game one but they still completely dominated that whole game regardless. I'm just saying that i don't think boston has been running over tampa by any means.

  • @buttkick22 yea game one was all tampa but i think we have figured it out and we are unstoppable when we are hot

  • @buttkick22 both are good teams, not going to deny tamps talent, but I think the Bruin are still the better team

  • the refs were all for Tampa

  • WOO!
