These have always been cool. The fact that it is a forward controlled vehicle allows it to have the same wheel base as a Jeep. The FC Jeeps were the same, just not popular in their day in the USA. Wonder what would happen if you switched to a 230+ hp 6 cyl out a Corvair.

@Ljub001 no, but I would probably have to drive on the highway to get to the trails which would require enough power to accelerate at a safe rate and hold 70 mph for a while.

Sweet vehicle. Was at an air show yesterday and a guy had one that was a radio truck. I fell in love with the little truck as the guy was explaining the features of the beast.

I would grab one of these ove ra Jeep all day long.

Yea, the 710M is their people carrier. Seats a lot more, but you loose the security of a hardtop. When traveling in other countries, such as Mexico, I get worried with the soft top type security.

The Jeep is a little RC-car compared to this. The Pinzgauer can climb up on 2 meter high walls like a Humvee.
