Yes, I have used an ATmega8 uc, but then moved to an ATmega32, software is written in C.
Click "More from this user" to see other videos (at higher resolution) of the pong watch

not exactly, it will have more than one function, by default it will show the time, but it will also let you play pong against the computer ;) (for the other functions please see the video OLED_calc)
