This was very informative! Thank you! I just hate "lego stop motions" Errrrgggh! It's fine for a educational / tutorial, but I wish people would stop cheating with stop motion and make their own figures. I'm not saying make "Nightmare" all over again in you're own house, but... how about 10 seconds of a truly original well thought out stop mo clip! maybe it takes you 6 months, but maybe Henery sellick will call you up and give you a job if you're good enough!

yeah once for a lego indiana jones vid i didn't have short round so i took a white lego hat and colored part of it blue with sharpie. it won't wipe off, so it's stuck like that.

If you record the dialogue in Audacity(free), and import the .wav file to MonkeyJam(also free) the sound appears at the side of the window, so you can see and hear what you'll be animating

15 fps would be 1/15 of a second per picture, so get a calculator and figure it out.

For big stop mo's like Nightmare before Christmas they use anything between 24 fps and 36 but if you want a long movie u should use 24 because it took well over 100,000 pictures for nightmare before christmas
