just wondering what your opinion is on handle choices. Their site offers bone or wood. I'm guessing bone would be less "grippy"?

@nicko978 Bone is a little less common than horn for handle material. Having used both horn and wood handles, I'd say they're both fine choices: tough, durable, and attractive. I usually pick wood handled knives because I like the look a bit more, but my horn handled knives are just as well loved and well used.
