near LBRS entrance, theres an orb down the other end of the hallway, be sure to kill the quartermaster to acquire the quest to be able to use the orb, you will then need to enter UBRS and slay General Drakkisath, was able to 4-man it with a geared 70 hunter, halfgeared 70 hunter, 65 preist and 65 prot warrior
