This Alexz person is from this show called Instant star, and in the show her character sings The Weekend Song Temporary Insanity. It's realy sad that she gets the credit and popularity for The Weekend's song.

sorry to break it to you but the weekend write their own stuff. I've never heard of the Alexz person yet I own a copy of Beatbox my heartbeat, although I suppose they must be more well known in mainstream music, I kinda gave up on TV and Radio for my music fix.
