The reason why Russia was able to regain ground on Germany's East was because Germany had to send all of their focus to the West front. If they didn't have to, German would have taken Russia . @jijdom You are right that Germany almost reached Moscow and was eventually retreated. But it was because their army was stretched too far. The reason why Russia was able to regain ground on Germany's East was because Germany had to send all of their focus to the West front. If they didn't have to, German would have taken Russia . We obviously read different tales of history. You have your Russia's tale. I have the US's tale. Regardless, it was awesome to kick both Japan and Germany asses.

EMP is still useless against military hardware and any attempt to use agianst a countries civilian infrastructure will end up with said country retaliating by nuking your ass, given that you just used a nuclear weapon on them. (And trying to use any smaller EMP is going to be nothing but a drop in the bucket against anything but a micro-nation.)
