Bands like The Cure and the Beastie Boys (not taking away anything from either of these great bands in their own genre) are nominated to be in the "Rock n Roll hall of fame...and these guy's aren't already there? I guess I don't understand the definition of Rock n Roll...
aitraining, How can you say Randy is too good for Zebra? Felix is an awesome keyboardist as well as playing bass guitar on some songs. Guy Gelso rocks the drums!
Very underrated band from the 80's, actually they started out in the 70's. Randy Jackson (no, not that Randy Jackson) on guitar and vocals. Felix Hanemann on Keyboards, bass, and vocals. Guy Gelso on drums. Some people thought they were a metal band, but I say more just hard rock as well as some progressive rock tracks like this one!
Randy Jackson is and was SO good. The guy has been playing Long Island bars the last 20 years - a shame. He should have led a major band. No disrespect to Zebra but he was too good for them. The voice and wailing on a double neck.
My favorite Zebra song... covered by my favorite progressive metal band... thank you rock gods!!!! Your generostiy is appreciated by fans world wide! XD
Best bootleg concert footage of the legendary Zebra...native Long Islander from the old days, this video give me chills...thanks for the awesome times...
I was born much more than 20 years earlier and I'm so glad I was. I don't even want to know how the cover of DreamTheater sounds! ZEBRA is and will be the best with this song!
I am 40 and from Thibodaux, and I have listened to Zebra since the beginning. Dream Theater did one of the best covers ever by any artist on any song. Period. I was in radio for 8 years and that cover was perfect. It kept the heartfelt meaning and added a new genre to the band. You should listen to it. You will not be upset. I ma a purist and I love it.
It´s one of my favourite covers dream theater did on the new CD. I am always fascinated how dream theater gets me into bands i didn´t knew before, because of my age. Sometimes I only wish i was born 25 years earlier :-)^^
I know how you feel.....I wish i was born 20 years earlier....when music was real....not now lol....but oh well its all good we can still enjoy that music even though its not the same.
Dream Theater did a Great job with this song...I didnt know it was a cover until a couple of days ago and now I'm really enjoying both version of this song and enjoying this band as well...Thank you for this video :)
@Dan1loBr But to see those amazing bands/moments with my own eyes... I'd give all the information in the world for that. Everything else, including crappy quality YouTube vids, are just a cheap, soulless, simulacrum.

Get rid of the extra "L" and it'll be correct. Also I agree, Dream Theater is how I know this song :D

Great song! I heard it from Dream Theater
and was flabbergasted. So I hat to hear
the original from Zebra. I didn't know the
