  • Barry was a Blue Lantern. Thats why I like him

  • what episode is this?

  • can you imagine their grocery bill at the speed they go through food?

  • @TheUnrealStudios I bet it's more than Batman's equipment!

  • That is Bart aka impulse

  • @ccthejoker No, this is Wally, younger.

  • @ccthejoker no its wally they say his name like 5 times!

  • @xXcartooncrazXx It's suppose to be Bart, though. When Youth Justice was founded in DC comics the current Kid Flash, Bart Allen, was suppose to be around and Wally is suppose to be an adult and in the Justice league.

This is the one of the very few things I hate about the series. Because Wally is a kid in this series it makes things more confusing for other fans of the series. Especially the Justice League animated series where Wally is the Flash and an adult instead of Barry Allen.

  • @BrainDeadZombies in this show Young Justice is similar to the Original Teen Titans, minus Raven, Starfire, Cyborg, and plus M'gann and Connor; If they had done it like the comics Robin would be Tim, Bart Allen would be Impulse, Bart doesnt become Kid Flash until he becomes a Titan or Graduates from YJ; Wally was the first kid flash

  • I've watched this after watching an Justice League Unlimited video......Isn't it amazing how the character desings chaged over the years?

  • Needs more ADD Bart aka Impulse. Would've been more appropriate w/ the ice cream part.

  • George Eads as Barry Allen. So awesome!

  • so all the flashes are family...

but they are technically not blood relitives?

    kinda ironic then huh?

  • @RunawayComics army and marines are family, atleast within their units

  • @ragequit13 no. i know that.

what i mean is that they can all techically be family by marrige and not blood. and still have the same super power.

  • Wally West, the Spider-Man of the DC Universe.

  • Flash family, huh... and here i thought he got his powers from nuclear waste

  • @reginagray55

The first Flash (and oldest) isn't related to any of them, Kid Flash is the nephew by marriage of the second Flash.

    Though I may be wrong

  • @reginagray55 you clearly don't know all their backstories then :) and no it wasn't just nuclear waste, he was doused in chemicals and struck by lightning at the same time

  • Happy burday :3

  • You´re welcome kid! :D

  • 3 Generations of The Flash in 1 scene?

Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West!!!

    What episode is this?

  • @joelburgos69

    episode 8 downtime

  • @joelburgos69 Episode "Downtime"

  • This is why we need a Flash movie.

  • @DavKellar i dont know where but i heard they were going to but screwed the story by giving him a booster gold like back story

  • @DavKellar Hollywood still needs to make his, Wonderwoman's, the other founding league members movies before they can procede with The Justice League movie (God Willing)

  • what chapter is this? I don't recall this scene

  • Can somebody PLEASE tell me which show this episode is from?

  • @blackadam06 Young Justice I think it'd called

  • @1BadTime

    Ok....what episode?

  • @blackadam06 down time

  • @blackadam06 Young Justice, Watch it, it is AWESOME

  • Okay now lets bet Bart! <3

  • Barry Allen is the man!

  • HOW DID ALL OF THEM GET THEIR POWERS?

    =0

  • @xx840 Go on to wikipedia and do some research. It's all there.

  • @xx840 science experiment

  • What episode

  • Jay Garrick's speed is sort of genetic. He possessed a meta-gene for super speed which was activated in a lab accident where he fell asleep and inhaled hard/heavy water. He could only move up to the speed of sound. Later after meeting Barry Allen he was able to tap into the Speed Force(where many DC speedsters get their powers) giving him the same powers as the other Flash's. And yes, Barry and Wally got their powers the same way. A bolt of speed force hit some chemicals that splashed on them.

  • is it just me, or did anyone else seen this scene in JLU?

  • @module15 No, Wally West is the Flash in JLU. Here he is the kid flash

  • @aawowaa I understand your feelings. There are too many people who think the DC Universe begins and ends with JL/JLU. The number of times I've had to put up with people who think that Wally West is the only Flash and that John Stewart is the only Green Lantern. It's so frustrating.

  • one thing i don't under stand is HOW did all them get there speed powers?

i thought only 1 of them was super fast because he was struck by lighting or somthing.

    please reply.

  • @xx840 I'd post it all but youtube has stupid comment limits. What I will say is that it's all on wikipedia and you can look it all up there.

  • Michale Rosenbaum should have voiced Jay

  • Its not genetic it's a science accident. Its how Barry got his and then Wally reconstructed the accident when he went on a trip. I'm not sure how Jay got this though.

  • @WinterMelodyxo Jay Garrick, as a student, accidentally inhales hard water vapors after falling asleep in his laboratory where he had been working.

Later retcons say that inhalation simply activated a latent metagene

  • @Brittonsp wow - cool :3

  • Press 9 for repeated "Uuuh...Happy birthday..."

  • Press 5 for repeated "Mom!"

  • If its genetic, I feel sorry for all those women when they get pregnant! "OH GOT ITS KICKING! IT FEELS LIKE A JACKHAMMER!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

  • @bpfoley89 ahhhHAHAHAAHA

  • @bpfoley89 Luckily, it's not; Barry Allen got his powers from a laboratory experiment gone wrong, and Wally got his abilities by duplicating that experiment. Before that, they were just ordinary folks.

(Also, Jay technically shouldn't be there, since he's a comic book character within a comic book!)

  • @ZachValkyrie With how many times DC's f*cked up storylines (in this show Mars still having martians for example) you can forgive me for trying to add some real comedy to Wally's life. ;)

  • @bpfoley89 this story si set in earth 16 (which has a diferen storyline)

  • if the men in The Flash Family are speeders what about the women?

  • @thesailormercury2 They're just ordinary humans including Wally's father

  • I love when wally is just "Happy Birthday" lol. It's like me and the biscuits.

  • wtf thats all i am saying n!!!!!

  • The old lady sounds like Ben Tennyson

  • Barry Allen was always my favorite Flash :D

  • 0:24 Aerie !

  • whats this from?

  • Question! So the Flash who joined Young Justice is Wally West, but the Flash in the Justice League series is also Wally West right? So... why in this one he's so young and Batman is the same age in Justice League?

  • @LeSage013 thats what i want to know

  • @LeSage013 because why not? don't act like any tv show meshes perfectly with comic canon.

  • @JustThink00 I'm not very informed of how things are supposed to be based on the comics, but I am a fan of the Justice League series, so when Young Justice came out I just got confused, that's all. So you're saying young justice is not canon?

  • @LeSage013

neither YJ or JL are canon with the main comic universe. however the comics have lots of alternate universes and I believe they did assign YJ it's own new universe number.

  • @LeSage013

they are two different shows in two different universes and do not interact with the main universe. They seriously made Superboy into the whiney bitch Prime was.The justice league we grew up watching was different because it featured Jon Stewart instead of Hal Jordan and Wally West instead of Barry Allen. I think it worked wonders. If Barry Allen and Hal Jordan were there, there wouldn't be too many differences in personality.

  • Dude I don't know why and I know it doesn't have to do with this series but when I see this I picture this is what Sonic's family would be like once he becomes a grandfather. Just a family full of speed demons and huge freaking appetites like wild boars lol

  • hrsgfiuvis wally I love you

  • Wally... the one man who can reach brain freeze quicker than any kid the rest of us will ever know xD

  • Ah 240p we meet... wait that's already been said before, sorry

  • @XendylArius I also hate the art style.

  • Awe, I love Wally with a burning passion ♥

  • uh...happy birthday. lol

  • HIS BROTHER LOOKS LIKE KELLEN LUTZ

  • If only they stayed with ther're original story. Flash was his own deal. His family didnt have powers.

  • @Sharpiesabre2 They're not an actual "Family" They are all just really close because they are all connected to the Mantle of "The Flash, Fastest man alive" Jay Garrick was the first Flash then Barry Allen then Wally West eventually takes it up and is the Fastest of the all. And this is the original story I have no clue what you're talking about please get your facts straight :l.

  • @ligerdrag20 Well technically Allen barry was Wally west's Father. Im not so sure about Jay.

  • Are Wally's parents that are at the table his real parents? Cause I remember reading somewhere that his father used to be really 'harsh' with him.

  • @theL3monTart no they are his real parents..rudolph and mary west

  • showoff

  • What the hell? What show is this?

  • @Thechad201 I think it's Young Justice lol

  • @Thechad201 young justice

  • Barry Allen! Awesome! :-D What episode is this?

  • Comment removed

  • Nearly peed laughing :D love wally

  • I wonder what happens in the bed...

  • So sweet. :) I've always loved the family concept with the flash. :)

  • Thats why i llove wally

  • @magortom If you saw my other post, you would see I mentioned Bart Allen, and said that there are only 3 Flashes in YJ for now. Maybe Impulse will appear someday, but for now...

  • Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West, I would call this a nostalgic fest but since there is no sign of Michael Rosenbaum, that's my biggest complaint so fuck that.

  • @BulletThunders Sadly...no bart either...:/

  • Isn't Barry Impulse from the Young Justice comics?

  • @FxckCensors Thats Bart not Barry

  • no one seems to give 2 shits about the flash after wally west

  • @GhostNY100 I'd give 3

  • IRIS!!! OMG COOOOL IRIS WALLY ALLEN!!! OMG AWESOMENESS!! I LOVE WALLY's FAMILY!!!

  • i dont think the family knows hes on meth

  • Really wally really

  • Is Max Mercury still in the comics? I remember him in the last few Flash comics (starring Wally) I read back in the day.

  • @LibraGamesUnlimited There is no sign of him after the DC reboot, but before it I'm pretty sure he was dead.

  • @Evaan4 Okay. Around the time I quit reading he was a supporting character in the Flash comic staring Wally West and was build as being a retired super speed hero of the past. I think he might even have been the one who started Wally on the path to discovering the Speed Force but a lot of that was after my time so I can't be sure.

  • Meanwhile, at stately Wayne Manor, Batman still won't tell Robin he loves him.

  • I'm surprised wally didn't get a mega brain freeze

  • Uuum...happy birthday :D

  • So exactly how many flashes are there and what are their secret identities?

  • @Wordsmith012 There are 3 Flashes, depending on what comic you're looking at. First is Jay Garrick, who wears a helmet. He got his powers by inhaling chemical vapors after falling asleep in a lab. The second is Barry Allen, who wears the iconic red and yellow lightning bolt costume. He got his powers from getting covered by chemicals hit with a lightning bolt. The third is Wally West, who is Barry's nephew and sidekick Kid Flash. In the comics, he somehow got his powers in the same way as Barry.

  • @Wordsmith012 Besides Jay Garrick (the original and oldest Flash), Barry Allen (a Flash more recognized today who wore the iconic red lightning clothes), and Wally West (Kid Flash), there is also Bart Allen, a decendant who came from the future and became another Kid Flash in the comics.

But for now, in the TV show 'Young Justice', there are only 3 Flashes.

  • @Montesama314 Bart becomes the fourth flash why do people forget that?

  • Flash eating ice-cream only...thats one heck of a brain-freeze!!

  • how cute, a whole family of speedsters xD

  • Happy Birthday

  • Barry is the fastest because he died by his skin and bones ripping trying to go lightspeed

  • @WhoDatWhoThat Wally beat him i think but ended up in the speed force i believe but my memory is hazy so ill go recheck on that

  • @WhoDatWhoThat they are all fast who cares who is the fastest

  • Errrr.... Happy Birthday LOL

  • whats the name of this episode

  • "Mom!" Wally

  • In fact Wally was the fastest Flash, preferences are a personal thing, but that's just a fact since Wally merged almost completly with the speed force.

  • im gonna miss wally in dc. hope they bring him back eventually

  • Who voiced Barry? 'Cause he kinda sounds like Nick from CSI....

  • WW ftw!

  • like x 1 000 000 :D

  • what episode was this?

  • Ok so this is Wally West who is going to be Flash on Justice League so can someone tell me who is the Robin we see in Young Justice then?

  • @marc12VB Dick Grayson. Confirmed by writing staff already. And before anyone says it doesn't make sense. Young Justice is Earth-16, a parallel universe barely explored by comics, which allows the writers to ignore or change established canon we all know and love.

  • @XendylArius Thanks for the info dude!!!

  • @XendylArius besides we had an episode when they showed barbra she said dick's name which confirmed that robin is dick grayson

  • @Lonehawk2k4 what episode was that? in young justice???

  • @awesome2daheart i think that was the episode when the reds infiltrated the cave and it was just robin and artemis fighting against them i cant remember what episode number but i think it was after the targets episode

  • @XendylArius This makes so much more sense now! I've been trying to figure a way for the Teen Titans and the Young Justice to both exist completely forgetting that there's multiple earths. Thank you!

  • @XendylArius. You mean "which allows the writers to ignore or change established canon we all know and love...so they dont have to answere before millions of nerds".

  • @marc12VB The robin you see in young justice is either dick grayson or tim drake. they may want to use nightwing, and since jason has such a tragic ending, they probably use tim as if he's the second robin, so that they don't change the time line too much (comic books are usually controversial with their time lines to make a better story)

  • @jjeshjod Um... You don't know? The robin in young justice is dick grayson, even though he sometimes acts like tim drake.

  • @jakeb1997 the tv authors also stated that this Dick Grayson was influenced by Tim (electronic skills) and Jason (stubbornness) (and a little bit of Damian's arrogance --> my opininion xD)

  • @jjeshjod Thanks for the info dude!!

  • This always bothers me but isnt Wally West suppose to be the older Flash?

Justice League Flash was Wally but in this one hes Kid Flash

  • @xRelentlessHerox In Justice League Wally was the first and only flash. In the comic books there were 3 Flashes and wally was the last one.

  • @LordDarthHarry Actually there were four flashes. Jay (the old guy in the scene), Barry (who is the blond guy in the scene), Wally (who becomes flash later and is the red head in the scene), and then Bart, who is Berry's grandson and wasnt alive for this.

  • @xRelentlessHerox teen titans cartoon was wally west and robin was dick

  • Aside from being speedsters, thats my friend nick's family to a T

  • This is so great, all that awesomeness at one table...

  • I sometimes forget Wally is Flash nephew, and not his son. What is wrong with me?

  • So Jay is retired now, but he likely still has his powers or did he mysteriously lose them somehow?

  • @batmenace15

jay still got his powers. he is just oldman now.. but hey he still got it ((helps wally fight grodd in DCUO ))

  • what episode is this?

  • @ishinoe Episode 8, Downtime.

  • so if i have this family tree correct

old guy (a.k.a. grampa flash) is the original flash

uncle barry is the 2nd flash (he's married into the actual flash family so has no blood relation but is related to the original flash threw his marriage to Iris)

wally is the 3rd flash ( biological relation to his grandfather (the original flash) and legal relation to his uncle (the 2nd flash) who married his aunt.

right? if i'm wrong please let me know.

  • @Talongirl333 I've been looking for the relation but it seems he was just the original Flash and when another speedster came about in Barry he passed down the Flash mantle...or something like that. In a synopsis of this part in the episode it says 'Jay is thrown a birthday party by the Allen and West families', which could mean that the second Flash and Kid Flash are simply honoring the first Flash in a friendly way with no familial relation.

  • @Talongirl333 In this universe, yeah. The original Flash's name is Jay Garrick.

  • @Talongirl333 actually your wrong, none of them are related to jay garrick the original flash, he exists in a parallel universe. Barry is wally's uncle.

  • Hang on, I'm confused now. So, the old man and the two younger ones all have this flash power, right? Now, are they like father and sons? Did they inherit his power?

  • @GaolisVideoLog I know a chemical spilled on them and they were struck by lightening, at different times in their lives though. Barry is Wally's uncle while Jay is... the first Flash but I can't remember if he actually has any relation, besides being a Flash, to Barry and Wally.

  • You know, as much as I love Young Justice, Wally will always be The Flash to me, not Kid Flash. It's just that I grew up watching Justice League, and they chose Wally for the show instead of Barry.

  • @RainbowPowerRangerX Wally was the original kid flash but became the third flash in 1985 after the death of Barry Allen in Crisis of Infinite Earths crossover. The current kid flash in comics is Bart Allen from the 31st century who lives in the present.

  • @J5MARLON I know. I think you missed my point. I was saying that, even though I know that Barry Allen is who many people consider to be the most iconic Flash, I grew up with Wally as the Flash, so he's my favorite.

  • @RainbowPowerRangerX I'll add to that by saying that the general public doesn't know or care who the flash is. While I grew up with the Flash my family could care less who the flash is. So while the comic writers want to say that Barry is the most iconic that's not true at all.

  • o.o missing one but ok

  • wait so does kid flash and the flash inherit there powers from the original flash?

  • @MrCrackhead33 flash get his power by doing a experiment in his lab and a lighting hits his lab giving him his power kid flash got his power the same way

  • what episode is this?

  • @DeathDealer1997 "downtime"

  • So... what's the episode, if I may ask? 'Cause I don't think I've seen this one... and I'm shocked, because I'm pretty sure I'm only two behind. O_O

  • @AllyMarton "downtime" and its way more than two episodes ago

  • i like the orginal wally west but this ones cool hes kinda cute lol
