wow i didnt think that the alesis could make such a thick sound i have been debating between a microkorg xl and a micron i already have a microkorg and electribe but couldnt decide which to buy next i honestly thought that u were using a nord for the bass

The two are completely different beasts. MIcroKorg is like a lead synth - no drums, only one or two sounds at a time and an arpeggiator. MIcron is lacking in knobs, is harder to program but you won't need a separate drum machine.
