How fascinating! All we can buy here, Illinois, is the legs. Once in a while they have Kings for about $20 a lb. I did see some lobster tails the other day at Hyvee, 1.5 lbs each! Biggest I've ever seen...Almost $50 each though. Long live seafood!!!!!
Well Im From Illinois And I Get Whole Crab As Well As King Crag Legs From A Fish Market In Downtown Chicago And They're Reasonably Priced I Get The Legs For About $10 Bucks A Pound
you could remove the guts before the crab is cooked, too. that way it's not stuck in the meat. when i lived in korea i cooked a crab & an octopus, but didn't know how to clean them (or rather i didn't know they had to be cleaned).. so when i saw stuff floating around in the water, i just threw the whole dish away. lol now i don't eat meat, so go figure. -- nice video, though :D TY for uploading!
