Frito Lay settles these things in a hush-hush way, so it doesn't leak out to the general public. Yet they won't pay OT to their employees in the distribution centers, so the warehouses get filthy, and rodent problems become routine.
Frito does all types of thigs like that. I worked for them for 15 years. I've seen fingers cut of and go thru fryers while manufacturing the products and never recalled (Aberdeen md plant). Friuto lay is the biggest chip manufactuer and should be put out off buss.
