@catomann That's the excellent, voice-activated, R2-D2- go to Hammacher Schlemmer website & search for him.
I've seen him for cheaper on eBay- you can ask him about characters in the movies, and he'll respond to them in certain ways (saying 'What do you think of Darth Vader?' makes him freak out, for example). You can set him to play hide and seek, or dance for you. You can put him on house patrol, and he'll control the room on a certain path - alarming you if he detects any activity nearby.
@catomann and I tried to link directly for you, but Google keeps blocking the response if I put in a url - hit me up on my website or twitter under the same name if you need help finding him.
What if the screw does not tighten more? My problem is similar, lots of vibrating, mixer head bobbing, and head tilts down slightly when you look at the mixer sideways, and the beater coating is rubbed or chipped off from the bottom of the beater. What else can I do?
@kdwyer100 my locking mechanism fails when using the dough hook after about 2 minutes of mixing it wiggles loose and the tilt head bounces up and down. I contacted customer service and they provided instructions to see if it's bad. If it is, they'll tell me the next step. prolly to ship it to them.
The problem is the set screw beneath the pedestal is not tightened all the way down. Simply turn your mixer upside down, grab a flat head screw driver and tighten this screw down. This should fix your problem

for the recipe you are trying th dough is going to be really thick. its best if you stay on a lower speed to reduce the vibrating. these mixers are built tough but there is a limit to the gears inside.
You're worrying too much. These machines are built to handle quite a lot of heavy material, and bread dough, or anything dense like that will push back at the machine which makes it wobble a bit.
I've been using my Artisan for years to make bread dough and it has coped just fine with it.
You have loose screws. Tighten the four Phillips screws that hold the motor housing to base. It should not vibrate the way it is doing.

I can't see if you're using the dough hook or not but you are never supposed to exceed level "2" while using the hook attachment
