  • hope you rhino lined your undercarriage! thing will rust out in 2 weeks ;) all joking aside, looks fun.

  • so point less. why put money for a lift, tires and rims into a mall crawler that your not going to do some real off roading with. you couldnt get that thing down half the trails i take my jeep. so pointless to lift new trucks

  • guys remeber its a titan.. it cant do any serious off roading

  • That's a puddle.

  • expensive tires and a "custom" bumper doesnt mean shit other than u can spend money....its still just a makk crawler but now its a poser mall crawler.

  • toyota's are better period

  • i like that you think your titan is boss but really its fucking nothing.

  • this guy is a douche

  • Nice ass truck man! Seeing as this video was uploaded in 2007, I'm guessing you've done some things to it? Would like to see.

  • dirty water. go through Farmers clay and then thats some tough shit

  • Nice puddle..

  • that aint mud dude thats water!

  • THAT WAS SO BADASS!

  • that isn't so special. This is a pointless video

  • wish I got my first time in mud with my titan on video lol...

  • wheres this at im kinda curious to see if its a place i think it is?

  • not tryin to talk shit but that was weak. my dad has a titan with the stock 20s and its 4x4 but it has seen so much hell so i know your truck is way more capable than that. put her through a serious hole and then post it.

  • lol civic can make it

  • really? I didn't know civics could run with water in their motor, thats pretty nifty tho!

  • there is so little water that couldn't get to air filter

  • wow i didnt know titans could run with water in their engines either!

  • @matitan07 ahem, no motor can run with water in the engine, the non compressive tendencies of h2o would cause instant hydro-lock and very possibly catastrophic engine failure

  • @nxmoparmatt84 just a thought, he MAY have been kidding. I'm not 100% on that though......

  • @matitan07 My RX-8 sucked water in and blew it right out both exhaust tips.

  • @matitan07 titans cant run with water in their motor either...?

  • @matitan07 Of coarse they can. I just went muddin with mine yesterday. And they can't run with water in their motor.. So I made an intake snorkel out of PVC :)

  • @matitan07 i didnt know civics could run at all

  • @PierdolonyMalkontent civics hardly run on the rode good with their double digit hp stats. it would die at the start lol

  • if you do alot of mudding,, change out your rear end gaskets to higher grade. When its hot and you immerse in cold water the gaskets tend to suck water in. I called bullshit on my mechanic until he showed me the oil in my hubs. half water half oil!

  • I can see that happening. What do you drive?

  • thats in hoover isnt it??

  • Nope...Oregon

  • @matitan07

Where in Oregon do you go offroading? I'm in Beaverton, havn't really found any good spots around here

  • @matitan07 What part of Oregon? Im in the North East corner of oregon.

  • ur so BA my mom drives the same truck

  • I'm glad you think so. Does she have 275 dollar tires and custom bumpers and headache rack? Does she actually use it or is it a true mall crawler?

  • @matitan07 haha those arnt expensive tires haha nice try though..

  • @matitan07 tires, bumpers and a back rack dont make it a mud truck. congrats, you riced a titan

  • @matitan07 275 a tire why so cheap!? i pay 570 each guess its because i live in NZ though

  • @georgiamelody 570 here will get you 44" tall super swampers. around 112 cm would be the right conversion I think

  • @matitan07 it looks like fun man but if you told that to anyone else.... ouch. your tires are that expensive because the size rim your wrapping them around get some 15s and save some cash. your bumpers are aftermarket not custom. and my personall opinion, backracks are a waste of money. I ran a dozen soggy 4x6x 12' over the cab of my ranger without one fine. ps yes they stuck out past my front bumper and I looked like a retard.

  • @bignick4591 ur mom is a man

  • did u see the smoke at the end? thats the air filter cooling down, your tranny could of went, u need to get an A-BEC cover for it so it will be water proof, the stock nissan filters arent that good even in carwashes;

  • Could that not be steam from the brakes hitting cold water? Why would the tranny go? We did this hole like a dozen times and have been thru a lot worse...if you know something I should know then hook it up!

  • I would say it was actually water hitting your headers and steaming off. this shit about the air filter cooling down ?? lol .. just do what you do and do it while you have that warranty ..lol then trade it for another one with a warranty and do it some more ..

  • Ya man i was thinkin either the brakes or the headers steamin...headers makes the most sense as it was up hill all the way to that spot. lLol.

  • i would say it was defiantly the headers and cat. what kind of tires do you have?

  • Ya that would make sense. Those were Hankook Dynapro MTRT03's, but now its on the KM2. Both are awsome tires, but the BFG is just better all around. 35X1250R18 :)

  • i would go with cold water hitting hot motor

  • Also a logical conclusion, as once again, it is 10 miles of steep grade to this spot, so it was by no means a cool motor when it was immersed.

  • Good thing nothing broke when we did that. Why shouldn't a truck be able to handle that? I don't really care what you drive but I'd be willing to bet my Titan is faster and better in every way. And who cares if the warranty gets used sometimes, I paid for it, I've got every right to use that shit. It's funny cause I've never known a truck to drive through that hole and ever need a single repair but it is cool how you just go around posting the same stupid ass comment on different videos.

  • its was the header or maybe the exhaust like the cat but not the brakes . it was the headers im sure of it besides ur truck wont fuck up and by the way keep on muddin

  • Comment removed

  • Umm...k. It's going on a 12 or 18 inch lift with either 42s or 46's. Just don't have the money for it right now. While older trucks like yours are probably pretty sweet, the Titan has a warranty. Guess its kinda a personal thing, chose what you like.

  • nice truck but you really have to be carefull about hydro lock

  • Not too worried about it, was only like 2 feet deep, plus consider where the intake is located. Non-issue.

  • if its going to be an offroad truck though snorkal is a good investment my truck is never hitting the trail im getting it restored right now you have to come check it out

  • Think we are gonna rely on the new lift and tires to keep the intake out of the pond. What is it, where are you located?

  • i got some videos of it on my profile its a 79 f150 4wheel drive 400 c.i motor its tons of fun might not be the most powerful truck on the road but i still like it

  • nissan and datsun pickups are awesome.

  • yah its a nissan but that doesn't mean its not a hell of a truck

  • its a nissan!!! in oz we only use land cruisers.

  • thanks for the props

  • my mates got a corrolla that could do that. check out the fraser shots on my channel,, nice footage no hard feelings!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • just wondering, how big is the snorkel? you know whats cool about stock titans on 35s is they can drive over corollas, sorry im just not too big on the front wheel drive stuff.

  • sorry man heres a tissue

  • titans suc

  • yah i know, I hate having over 300 horses, running 35s stock, and being able tow just about anything i can back the truck up to. It really blows, I'd much rather have that yugo.

  • lol don't you love it when the haters come out you know titan came in 3rd place for 2009 models and the titan has been the same sense 04 just added a little more power and diff interior but of course the all new dodge and f150 had to be in first and 2nd so what does this tell you about 08?

  • Yah well if you don't change anything, your gonna get passed up in the polls but the only thing that actually matters is what happens in the field, and the Titan is hands down better off road. Don't care about on road, a truck is a truck on pavement, but when it comes to making it home at the end of the day or not, I'm putting my money on the Titan over any other stock truck.

  • same here

  • its not a lift, just a leveling kit. like 1 inch in the front. i was running 35s before that tho. you don't need a lift on the titan to run 35s, just a little cutting and trimming in the wheel wells if they are rubbing. you cant go wrong with a titan.

  • how big is the lift? i wanna get a titan so im just tryin to figure everything out

  • what size tires do u hav?

  • 35x1250x18. those were hankooks but now its on the KM2

  • you call that mud?

i put my Titan through REAL MUD

it is capable of much more

    that was just dirty water

  • or you could just call it a water fording depth test
