Uhm i havent done a single quest in uldum and the only thing i see is a big ground with dead fish and NPC wolves ?

the fising spot at uldum is no more there is now a desert .....

@iPandaGaming Yea...theres alot of phasing, which is why its great to avoid pvp. Sadly if you finish up the Uldum questline you phase it to the a dessert. But if you haven't you can really take advantage of this. Plus the twilight highlands fishing spot is great.

I've done almost all the quests in Uldum. Does this area phase from desert to a river after you complete all the Harrison quests and such?

@uthurr nvm, I did some more quests in Uldum and it does become a lush area after you finish all of the Harrison Jones (I think that's his name)
