  • Works in Dolby 5.1/7.1, Good Quality.

  • G.I.T...........Geeks.....in...town.lol

  • another good song to listen totally high

  • Is the whole song improv or is it only the lyrics that were made up on the spot?

  • @RyanKMakesMusic GORAFTTS came from a botched recording of Lithium. So I'm sure parts of the music are taken from that

  • what the hell did I just listen

  • I was listening to this after sex with my head looking up the ceiling having a cigarette and watching the smoke swirl, it was a great song and set the right mood for me. Nirvana forever!

  • I miss Kurdt

  • @SwallowPoison haha i see what you did there!

  • i love you krist, dave and kurt :) all of you :)

  • I'm fucking drunk but couldn't give a fuck about anything just seeing my man gets all

  • @Britbull79 not sure what you're talking about but i'm drunk too so thumbs up

  • city of stars ... =D

  • This is not a song to listen when you're drunk. You should embrace this when you're dead drunk, doped up and sexed up...When all that shit is dying out of your system, then you'll have the creative impulses, enough, to comprehend the flowing gallons...

  • She's Only Been 5 Months Late...

  • @CrashFMACOUNT even though we haven't had sex for a week

  • I think he was drunk while he was singing it, so I want to get drunk right now

  • I don't know what it is about this song - maybe because Kurt talk-sings - but I CAN'T STOP LISTENING.

  • sounds more like a jam ! n kurt is reeli reeli high !

  • @313HoVA Its an improvisation

  • ha "one more solo? Yeeaaaaahh!"

  • Nirvana - best band ever

  • Lol this song is on in utero -.-

  • The first picture is kind of eerie..

  • This track has got to be on of my favs of nirvana, but us true nirvana fans would say that were as the Teen spirit fans would beg to differ

  • Awesome song...

Just lying on the couch melting into it.

  • theres a theory that kurt was dead before the trigger pulled, that the amount of herion in his system fucked him up to bad to even move his arms, im being a kurt kiss ass saying courtney did but i just think that is a pretty good theory but who know we werent there

  • @fluffmuffin5 ment i am not being a kurt kiss ass lol, no sleep at all

  • @fluffmuffin5 Maybe. But in my honest opinion, I don't really think about how he died, because I am sure Kurt would prefer to be known for Nirvana's music rather than his over sensationalized death, so I just kind of listen to his music, watch interviews etc. That's it really, because I feel so bad going on about his death. I used to be like you, blaming Courtney Love because I didn't want to blame Kurt, but honestly I don't care how he died now, I just know he was amazing and so was Nirvana! :)

  • very unique song, which makes it great

  • Sounds to me like Josef K - Variation of Scene ... no ?

  • Aurora bourealis

  • When I first heard this I fell in love with it...

  • @ForrHonour ok

  • @ForrHonour Soo.. why the hell you comment this song ? Or, why did you watched this movie? o.O

  • @ForrHonour WELL I THINK ITS THE BEST!

  • @Matthemusician no photoshop actual pic? Cause alot of photos have that done -_-

  • @KradianDiet What?

  • @Matthemusician The first photo. Alot of assholes out there photoshop kurt with guns.

  • @KradianDiet it wasnt photoshopped idiot, it is the photo as it was.

  • @RoyLikesKMFDM Um, sir i was asking if it was photoshopped. I wasnt implying that it was its just some people do. Thanks for clearing things up even though you where a dick about it.

  • @KradianDiet yeah sorry, killer headache today, forget about it. shitty fucking mood, sand over the dickness?

  • @ForrHonour they were only joking around lool

  • @ForrHonour Your opinion means nothing.

  • @ForrHonour U dik.

  • @ForrHonour It's actually really good

  • @ForrHonour ITS MY FAVORITE :)

  • @ForrHonour this is one of the best

  • @ForrHonour thats ok we trust your opinion

  • @ForrHonour there is no bad songs from nirvana, thats my opinion

  • for some reason, when I hear this it makes me think of the anime Fooly Cooly.

  • fuck me, this is amazing !

  • i love this song but for some reason my album of In Utero doesnt have this track :C makes me kinda sad.....

  • @SociallyDivided OH HELL YES IT DOES. You have to wait 20 minutes after All Apology's...its a sort of "SECRET" song.

  • @ZeldaFoxEars And only on the European release of the album.

  • I love weird songs..

  • my new fav. nirvana song.

  • This may just be the most grunge thing ever recorded.

  • Nirvana released In Utero because they looked out into their audience, and they realized that it consisted of all the people they were trying to say fuck you to.

  • One more solo? [2]

  • that pic of him with the gun to his mouth, kinda scares me .... :(.... i miss u Kurt .

  • Wow. Never heard this one...

  • one more solo?

  • @VanyLovesBillyTalent

    YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  • i love that song. i love kurt cobain. i love nirvana *_*

  • somebody else already used the word "aurora borealis"

  • @maymeewi DAMN IT!

  • One of the coolest wierdest songs. Brilliant.

  • Kurt is the Holy Savior

  • Lol, "shes only been 5 months late", i love how sarcastic his lyrics always are...

  • wow, first picture was a bit ironic...

  • ke se valla a la mierda al ke no le guste nirvana

  • Wrong this song was only released on the eurpean version of in utero well until bootlegs

  • he was just a fucking kid..it's really sad.

  • If I had a boy scout I could make a fire by rubbing his hind legs together

  • @HeartComedyDoll Paedophile humour trumps seriousness. Kudos.

  • haha. want another solo?

  • This song is too fucking funny.

  • this song reminds me of flipper

  • 9 people are geeks in town that wished they had charvels

  • Back in the day you had to go to used record shops to find these rarities. Now you can just download them. The 90's were great but access to the good stuff was not easy to find.Ya know.. before the "internets" and all that.

  • @Youngie761 You could easily buy any CD that was popular. If it was rare then, it will be rare-some today too. It means less downloading sources and less seeders, if it comes to p2p downloads. Back in the day you had pirate copies of about anything, mainly movies. So, we either download music in 2011, or buy a pirate copy in 1991.

  • @nirvanafrik yes, but now rarity is directly proportional to the suck as opposed to record labias.

  • @Youngie761 fair enough but just so you know this song isnt rare all you have to do is leave in utero runing and bobs you uncle

  • @Youngie761 It's been a while man, I had In Utero the day it came out.. But Ol' Ma threw it away, along with everything else I managed to collect through that decade. And I do have an uncle Bob by the way. lol

  • @Youngie761 That's why it's so amazing that Kurt learned guitar by himself.

  • isnt this like there longest song?

  • @jordy45678 It might be, there's also "Endless Nameless" and "The Other Improv"

  • [The Doors] of Perception.

  • im a nirvana fan and this is the first time i heard this song

  • If you've ever read a Kurt autobiography you know exactly where this music comes from, his life was short, colourful, painful and unlike most.

I'm passed my 'Nirvana phase' which was between the ages of 15 and 19 (I'm 30 now) but I love coming back to In Utero every once in a while when I go off the rails and want the neighbours to know it. Amps cranked to 11.

  • Fuck, man, this is a waste of time!

    One more solo? yyyyeeeaaahhhh!

  • junebuggy000 yeah it do

  • some ppl said this secret song this in utero

  • @TheAneurysm14 this secret song this in utero ?

  • @TheAneurysm14 yup!

  • "All Comments (420)"

    Awesome.

Man, Nirvana's still the best band to come out of the last few decades.

  • This songs so addictive.

  • My dad had an In Utero cd with this track. he sold it. then a year later I found out that the hidden track wasnt on every cd... I was so mad, same with my nevermind cd, i had Endless Nameless, and it was stolen -.- . anyway. Kurt, we miss you. r.i.p.

  • @miniraptorX haha i never knew that only a few CD's had the hidden track, i had 2 of the neverminds with it . damn

  • still the best hidden track ever

  • "One more solo? Yeahhhhhhhhh! Yeaaaahhhhh!"

  • this is the first time hearing this song, it's heavy duty

  • why are people fighting in here? just listen to the song, it's pretty goddamn amazing :)

  • 4:08 so funny laughing

  • why are some people criticising me for wht i have to say and here chrisjtt509 to be honest did you really know kurt cobain in person. How do you know that he might not of liked me. im my own person its like you have to be someone your not to get other people to like you. sorry if i insulted anyone by saying what i wanted to say.

  • i think that kurt released in utero to kinda challenge fans to whether they actually didnt mind heavier stuff but i freaking love his music and the lyrics of every song created by this deceased talented induvidual.

  • @imajackassfucksowhat It was nirvana who released In Utero. And they were a band that played the music they loved, not some kind of monster. It wasn't all about the fans.

  • @nirvanafrik I know this was a month ago, but he's right, Kurt even said that In Utero was made to have the fans NOT like them.

  • @awesome12886 That was Incesticide, not In Utero.

  • @nirvanafrik no it was all cds just the mexican/canadian/eorapean version at the end... ...it was at the same time in nevermind... ...i think they put it in almost all

  • @nirvanafrik

Incesticide was a collection of songs made before/around the time of Nevermind, a bunch of covers and such and reiterations of some songs (The non acoustic version of Polly is on there and a few Vaselines covers)

In Utero was made purposely to be more noisy because they thought Nevermind was too clean, and the record label wanted to feed off of Nirvana hype so they got hold of Incesticide and put it out to feed the hype. Steve Albini (mainstream hater) help produce In Utero.

  • @CyberSpectrumND Incesticide was the awkward album of the two, resulting some "fanboys" decrease. In Utero came 2 years after that hype. And In Utero was overally a clean album too. Non-Mainstream =/= Not Clean.

  • @nirvanafrik I agree, Kurt Cobain never really wanted to be famious in the first place and that was part of the reason people think he comitted Suiside (I cant spell)

  • @AAProductions11 I don't believe i will ever get a massive record deal, but i would sign one, if it was up to my own creation, and not the producers' will. I think Nirvana wanted to take the big step, because they did it for 3-4 years almost underground, until the big fish got them on the road. Nirvana wanted to make music, and a huge record deal was the only way to bring their music world wide. Then, the fame becomes a monster..

  • @AAProductions11 nah dave ghrol said he never wanted fame, and he couldnt handle being a know rockstar. it was partly why he was messed up enough to kill himself.

  • Comment removed

  • @dermarkus1990 his name is mrsexysexysexysexy of course he could that's a stupid ass question breh

  • @imajackassfucksowhat Fans are shit

  • @imajackassfucksowhat y'know, i think kurt would have really hated you.

  • @imajackassfucksowhat exactly what nirvanafrik said, Nirvana was real music, they created the music they wanted not what people liked, nevermind and in utero are to completely diffrent sounds he wasn't "challenging the fans" to see if they like it

  • @imajackassfucksowhat Why would someone devote two years to write and record an album to just do that?

  • When I bought In Utero, I thought this was a recording glitch, and so felt really lucky, however know realize it's a secret track on the album!!

  • In Utero is a weird mixture of rough, heavy tracks and melodic 'Nevermind' style tracks. It's like the two extremes of their sound. Really, that album is the best representation of them overall in terms of their musical range

  • i play this song every time i have a psychotic break down

  • What I'm saying is flimsy? Haha! So, you're saying they're just words. Words are only but commonly accepted formations of sylables, I dig that. But, they're also the basis for human communication. If you don't know what "intent" and "organization" mean, look them up. Music is sound manipulated into expression. It's fairly simple equation to follow. Keep this in mind -- how can one who has nothing to say express anything? That's the difference between noise and music, i.e. Madonna/Cobain

  • This is how I like to remember Kurdt.

  • This is fucking genious.. I don't know how, but it is..

  • This song is so fucking brilliant I can hardly stand it. Growing up, it was like my best friend, it always cheered me up to put it on.

  • where do you get all the rare songs?

  • u know if i wouldve made this same song it would be called crap but when kurt does its genius lol like wtf man

  • In 3:59 - fu*k man, this is waste of time (listen carefully) :D

  • @Healt1111 I heard that 2 :D

  • Quick question. I have In Utero on a Vinyl Import but it doesn't have the song visibly on it. Is there some special way to play the LP so that the song plays like place the needle in some special place?

  • I thought there is only hidden track in Nevermind

  • @johnmalory26 That's Endless Nameless, this song is the hidden track on In Utero.

  • EPIC

  • hahaha haha one more solo?

  • this is completely awseome !! thanx so much for posting!!

  • Why are their best songs hidden tracks?:(

  • Noticed this hidden jam session was missing off my mp3 collection ;)

  • This doesn't sound anything like Jim Morrison.

It sounds more like Pavement, especially the vocals.

That's not bad, Pavement shreds dick (that's how I say good) but the Jim Morrison comparisons are way off.

  • @mrfudgeyhead No they're not. This song is very very Doors. Same atmosphere as When The Music's Over. And when he screams I can hear Jim: "Wake up! You can't remember where it was. Has this dream stopped...?"

  • wheres the 23:59 silence? thats part of the song!

  • @kestrel1997 I don't think it is.

  • @kestrel1997 Silence ain't musical.

  • @nirvanafrik yeh i no it was was a joke

but there was a song that was just silence called 4:33 by john cage or summin

  • @nirvanafrik silence aint musical?, U obviously never heard POOTIE TANG, U should check out

  • Comment removed

  • @nirvanafrik

    HA!

Silence isn't musical? Ask John Cage about that!

    Google "4:33"

The BBC actually just re-recorded that recently with some famous contemporary musicians. Silence is absolutely part of music. Amplitude dynamics, dude.

  • @opusndo

don't click the link 4:33 because that just links into this video. You have to type it manually. (I know, I know, so much work)

  • @opusndo Silence all by it's own isn't musical. Breaks are something different.

  • @opusndo lol, you're funny

  • @nirvanafrik yes it is

  • @poopiepants0410 how come?

  • @nirvanafrik sit by yourself in a dark room in complete silence and let the little marbles in your brain bounce back in forth off the walls and let them touch you....the rhythm is tasty

  • @nirvanafrik how much time does sound in music have to take up for something to be music? 10 minutes of pure sound? 5 minutes with breaks? have you ever heard a minute long song? a 30 second long song? a 5 second hum? is music only sound? isn't a piece with breaks different than a piece without breaks? so then the breaks are part of the song? then, the "nothingness" between the sounds matters? isn't there more nothingness than actual sounds in between each noise or beat? nothingness can be music

  • @rhymeswithgabriel

Actually, silence is only 'music' when manipulated by the composer. Hence, the ever-important "expression" part of the equation. Far out thought process, though.

  • @mussman717word i don't understand where you're getting this, though. just saying "actually" at the beginning of the sentence doesn't make it fact. music isn't some hard-defined, categorized phenomenon of media. it's not like you can just go "silence isn't music if it's just silence" because you're pulling that "fact" out of absolutely nowhere

  • @rhymeswithgabriel

Saying sound/silence alone is art, that's like saying paint is a painting. You may look at a puddle of paint and think, "that's beautiful." I know I have. And, I'm sure we've all heard beautiful sounds in our life, i.e. John Cage listening to traffic (not the band, lol). It's not music until organized by an individual/group with intent to express something, though. That's where the "art" part comes in.

  • @mussman717word what you're saying is flimsy. where are you defining "organization" and "intent"? what's the minimum amount of organization or intent required for something to become "music", "art" or "a painting". you can answer that, but it still won't make it a global truth, it'll just be what you consider the boundary

  • @mussman717word going back to this comment from months ago, it still pisses me off because you're defining what YOU think music and art is literally arbitrarily like it's some law that everyone should understand. no, it isn't. you can't give classification to everything. you made up this argument and gave some rudimentary explanation for why YOU think it's like that. go ahead argue that, i won't stop you. but you speak as if you're 100% correct. i think that's a very foolish way to speak.

  • @rhymeswithgabriel

It's not my opinion that 'sound' is NOT a synonym of 'music.' That's a fact. Music is made with sound, just as a painting is made from paint. I love many sounds, and I may say, "it's music to my ears," but only in a hypathetical way. It's not difficult to understand. That's not to say that silence is not an integral part of music, though. One of my favorite songs ever recorded is John Frusciante's "Anne," partially because it utilizes silence perfectly.

  • @mussman717word Okay, I guess this argument is through then, now that you've stated that what you're saying is FACT. You know, in all my life, I never thought I would find a solid FACT, considering how arbitrary and fluid the universe is, that we can only really theorize and approach what would be a fact, but NOPE, here I am, on youtube, with a FACT staring at me right in the face. Thank you for showing me the light with this fabulous FACT. There, now I have one totally SOLID thing in my life.

  • @rhymeswithgabriel

Well, I guess I could be wrong. I guess Nirvana might not be a band, that Air might not exist, and that John F. Kennedy might still be alive. You know, considering how FLUID the universe is. Maybe I did the wrong thing by waking up to reality. Who knows? (!)

  • @mussman717word awesome, so instead of actually responding to what i'm saying, you've decided to just belittle me as if i'm some teenager who took a philosophy class. i can see this is going nowhere.

  • @rhymeswithgabriel

Yeah, because you're argument was so eloquent in itself... FACT...FACT...FACT... Newton would be proud of you.

  • @nirvanafrik everything is music to someone's ears

  • @poopiepants0410 No it's not, I study music.

  • @Shyuum I learned music too, and you still don't have to stick to the definition of "sound". It's clear that silence isn't musical, but breaks are.

  • @nirvanafrik ain't ain't a word lol
