Lol, it sure is neater. I never knew you could get that kind of strength from weight lifting, 'cuz most of my friend that train with weights can't even do 10 chin ups. So you're really making a better name for weight lifting training. And about those 3 exercises, don't let it get to you, those tricks are some of the hardest you can find. So we all kinda suck at them. :P
To be honest it has nothing to do with lifting weights. I've always been able to do this, I guess I'm just strong compared to my bodyweight, and I've practiced it of course. I mean, the weight-lifting definitely didn't hurt, but I think I would be able to do this even if I'd never picked up a dumbbell :)
