  • Not only is this evil, wicked bitch a murderer...she is a child murderer...the worse kind of murderer. And worse than that...Shauna was her flesh and blood child.

  • By the way, was anybody else just absolutely sickened that Diane Downs smiled as Frank Joziak called her a '"cold-blooded, cruel, vicious murderer."? She also kept smiling throughout the trial as she was being questioned by both her defense attorney and the prosecutor. That shows that this woman is truly sick.

  • Casey Anthony for the 1980s

  • самый сильный момент истинного доказательства!

  • Throughout the whole trial she still liked it because it gave her attention which is what people like her want & crave. After all she IS a narcissist.

  • @mikejessmax Yes, but she's also a histrionic. A histrionic personality is someone who MUST be at the centre of attention and will take ANY means to make that happen; Diane's "reenactment" video shows that she's thrilled to be at centre-stage. Narcissists are essentially people who are in love with themselves and convinced that they are the centre of EVERYTHING.

  • Damn reminds me of casey a!

  • this bitch blames it on a mans behavoir, saying she was molested??? what a dumb bitch.

  • @lilbeaveymac The Molestation Defense, a new version of the Twinkie Defense; blaming one's crimes on factors that have nothing to do with the case at hand. And yes, Downs and Casey Anthony are clearly sociopaths since they're so willing to accuse their fathers of serious offenses just to save their own skins. Diane's father is a controlling, pompous piece of work, but he's denied ever touching her.

  • @diddims The molestation defense seems to go that if a woman is molested by her father, she would completely blank it out and act like it didn't happen. When a woman's child(ren) are murdered, the woman would deal with the situation in the same way as when she was molested: acting like nothing happened, because the murder of the child was just too traumatic for her as was the molestation.

  • @diddims I'll have to admit that it sounds like a convincing tactic, but everyone knows Diane Downs is a sociopathic liar. I don't buy the excuse that her demeanor was too calm because of a traumatic event in her past life, because every knows she truly didn't give a damn that her kids were shot. This woman deserves to burn in Hell.

  • She shouldn't have been allowed to see the baby, BUT i'm glad she got put in a good home(:

  • Diane should have spent more money on a better attorney instead of buying booze all the time.

  • selfish bitch

  • the molestation defense. sound familiar to anyone?

  • @melfaery ohh the casey anthony casee

  • @darkchocolatechip653 Yep. And I guess it worked for Casey & not so much for this nutbag.

  • @melfaery Yep, it sure does... Casey 'Baby Killer' Anthony

  • the little dolls make me so sad :( poor babies

  • I hate that all "bad" people go to jail. I think if you do something no so harsh you should go to jail, as in tagging, but if you kill or rape some one, I think you should be put to death not have like 9 million tax payers paying for an institution where they can live.

  • Diane Downs did not deserve one second with her new born

  • @kkmjam Aye....she didn't get her.. she was adopted hours after she was born.

  • I am in no way trying to sound sick with my comment, but I would have done anything to make sure that woman would be sent to prison. For goodness sake, when Susan Smith drowned her kids in a river, in order to show the jury the terror those kids faced, a camera was placed inside a car, and the car was submerged in a river, and everyone could see it fill with water.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 What you say is very true= )

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 The prosecution made a replica of Downs' car, as well as three rag dolls the sizes that the children were on the date of the shootings. They were able to "reenact" the shooting in the courtroom, complete with a dowel in the barrel of the Ruger that was inserted in "wounds" sewn into the rag dolls.

  • @LeslieGMN By replica, do you mean it looked identical to Down's car? And creating rag dolls the same sizes as the children is pretty amazing. Also, what is a "dowel"?

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 Yes, it looked identical (just 1/16th of an inch off!) to Downs' car, but it was pale blue rather than red with a black interior, so the blood stains could be duplicated. Such rag dolls, which in this case were dressed in the Downs' children's clothes (so sad!), often are used these days for trials and therapy in cases in which children are abused. :-(. And a dowel is a round stick of wood.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 my God how terrible,i read that book and it was so upsetting, dear little babies

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 The jury was actually taken to the car park where her car had been sitting since the night of the crime so they could view what the children had endured. The simulation of the crime by Frank and Doug also featured a rod in the gun that poked through marks in the dolls where the kids were wounded.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 Your comment does not sound sick at all. I too, would have gone the distance to show every bit of evidence to convict these sick, twisted women who murder their children for the sake of a man. There is nothing wrong with presenting images of innocent children to a jury being terrorized by their mother to show what they went through as they were dying. Anyone who can't grasp that are the sick ones.

  • @AsrRwr I thank you for your understanding. I would have done what I had to do. I'd do anything to make sure that this woman would be sent to jail, because do not forget Double Jeopardy.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 Yeah, I know. Through the centuries, laws have been & are still changing. One law I feel should change is the Double Jeopardy Law. I feel if someone is guilty of murder or any crime & the jury acquits them due to lack of evidence but new evidence shows up later that wasn't available for the first trial, I feel the case should be re-opened and tried again. But that's just my opinion. It would have been a sin if this jury found this monster innocent.

  • @AsrRwr I want the Double Jeopardy law to be abolished completely. It shouldn't be there, because it allows a person who is truly guilty of a crime to get away with their crime scot-free. Another child murderer by the name of Casey Anthony got away with her crime because of it. Rest assured, I know the law is also there to prevent any innocent person falsely accused of a crime to be tried again.

  • If I were Detective Frank Joziak, I would have used a gun that produces a really loud firecracker each time the trigger is pulled. That would scare the bejesus out of people and make them jump each time. I would have done it in an attempt to show every member of the jury, everyone in the audience, and the judge the absolute terror of what happened when Diane Downs shot her kids, and it would have greatly convinced the people that Diane Downs needed to be convicted of her crime and sent to jail.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 But thankfully Diane Downs was convicted of her crimes and is still serving her sentence. She keeps trying to get an appeal but thankfully, gets turned down. I hope she rots in jail!!!

  • @MagicJems You know, it was considered that Casey Anthony would get the death penalty for murdering Caylee, but I don't think it will ever happen. Why not Diane Downs get the death penalty? To this day, that stupid bitch is still denying trying to murder her children, and then she keeps trying to get appealed? Please pardon my French, but that woman deserves more than jail. She deserves to burn and rot in hell. It appears she doesn't even give a damn and feels no remorse for what she did.

  • @WithAVoiceOfAnAngel3 what can you expect from a physcopath

  • Comment removed

  • @mamasuzie What can you expect from a psychopath? You can expect that those innocent children had to pay the price and suffer the consequences for what their mother did. Those children did nothing wrong and did not deserve what happened to them. Also, don't you find it very fucked up that Diane Downs tried to murder her children all over a man and to be with a man who was married and didn't want her, at all? Diane was nothing more than just a booty call to him.

  • @mamasuzie The sex with the married boyfriend might have been amazing for her, hence her saying, "I've never felt like this before!", but she should not have confused it with love when it was not. He was not "the love of her life" just because she had good sex. This is just yet another sad story of how a woman would choose a man over her kids, and how sexual affairs can oftentimes be deadly and have deadly consequences. I'd give you a few examples, but I don't want to talk your ears off.

  • @MagicJems To me, jail is not even enough for Diane Downs. She deserves something much, much worse, and I really hope she gets it no matter how long it might take.

  • GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---STUPID ASS B@#$%^&**

  • The movie is good. Thanks for uploading.

BTW, John Shea delivers in that scene. That proves that Jack McCoy and Ben Stone from Law & Order are NOT the only ones of their kind! :)

Anyway, it WAS a tragedy. God bless the people who bring forth justice.

  • @donboy65 My pleasure: )
