This is a common illusion its all about angles When you look in light it tends to reflect of a

known surface it bounces back onto the mask thus creating the eyes looking at you

For the face moving also angles you're just looking forward thus making it seem as if its moving but its not moving at all its just also reflecting off you to make a shadow thus making the face move
