Wonderful meditation! Learned this almost 40yrs ago and is one of my favorites..I also add the alternate nostril breathing with it and it seems to make the Jyothi even more intense..peace and love to us all...Juta Semmel
I do not have much regard for Sathya Sai Baba (as I've read and heard controversial things about him), but your explanation on Jyoti or Jyothi meditation satisfies me. It's almost similar to my grandfather's guru's system of meditation. One diff. is - grandfather's system starts with the concentration of white light on heart. Starting with concentration on candle light between eyebrows may lead to Tantrik meditation, I believe.
Rumors are rumors. Follow ur heart. Be true to it. That's the only way you'll know. I follow mine...it leads me to Sathya Sai Baba.....as we are ONE...it's so divine. OM Sai Ram......Samasta Loka Sukhino Bhavantu (May all the beings in all the worlds have peace & happiness). xox
