whit a zx2500.1 you need at least 1 optima or kinetik .... battery and a HO altenetor 200amp+ cuz your gonna fucked up your truck me my friends 2 type r on 1400rms amp 1 optima bat and 140amp he blew the alt so he buy another bat and everything is fine

Definitely, If you can get the cvx, get it. I had 1500 watts going to one daily and it handled it. Thats something My 12 l7 couldnt even do.

cool man, thanks alot. I actually ended up only buying the zx1500.1 but it's plenty of power for my cvx 12. I had 2 12L7's in a ported box but they only lasted about a week.

I really don't know. I broke them in correctly and everything but one of them just locked up on the way to work and the other l7 died a few days later. They were both replaced by kicker already so i'm sorta screwed.

hey i used the zx2500.1 on a stock battery for a while with two 15 l7's... it worked okay. i knew eventually i would have to go bigger and now im running an optima... on stock alternator, it holds up..

thanks alot, I built it to 25Hz but I'm not 100% possitive that its built correctly. The port was the hardest thing for me to do for some reason.

Hey thanks alot man, I got about 7 hours total into the box now. I bondo'd the front port so its smooth to the front now. I haven't decided if I want to paint it or carpet it yet but I'll have to make a decision soon. Thanks for watching.
