@unclewooly This problem was related to the server. The traffic has grown a lot lately and we're improving the server / releasing a new version of FaceFlow within the next weeks that will fix a few issues.

@Adoobuhdoo Yes, even if you don't have a webcam, you can still voice chat. We will also release a 'pure' voice chat feature in the near future.
