After about 4 minutes I was going to reply with a "duh, you just played the first 4 notes of each of the pentatonic positions, one after another" but then I hit 4:30 and the epiphany punched me in the mouth. I had never, ever seen the connection of the patterns in any other way than up and down the frets.. nicely done! Is this borrowed, or did you "discover" this?
Thanks that helped me sooooo.. much!! Great lesson, Ive never seen it explained like that. Most teachers say memorize the patterns. Gets confusing but this was excellent. Easy to remember.
