  • The more times you watch this, the better it becomes... really, really good work. <3 :')

  • I love Rimmer so much, he's always been my favourite, gah!

:') this video is so perfect!

  • I can't believe I'm actually writing this, but I was crying at the end of this. Crying! Stupid song! Stupig smegging Rimmer for being... well... Rimmer. I loved this one! 5/5, definetly! I've always loved Rimmer, thanks to the shows, but more so thanks to the books (well, the first two, anyway), but this? This made me fall in love with him!

  • I LOVE this! A fantastic tribute to Rimsy himself.

    I <3 RED DWARF!!!!

Oh and it was too expensive to make the holograms greyscale because Chris Barrie and any other holograms would have had tohave been painted green. Can you imagine........

  • ... ... this is just brilliant. So so good. I didn't really like Rimmer much but this video just made me love him :D

    Excellent work <3

  • Truly fabulous! Probably the best Rimmer tribute you'll see.

  • @angloyank Probably? :P

  • Great song for old Rimsy. He was shown as a failure at first... which I thought was quite sad, but then you can show the bravery of him in the end. Nice job :)

  • 5 Stars for this, you are a genuis.

The video makes me feel sorry for Rimmer at first and then Proud of him as he gets older and sees his potential like Ace.

    Brilliant work mate.

  • I was originally gonna give this video 4 stars, pretty good, but lacking that special something to make it epic. Then I realized this is a video making Arnold "Smeghead" Rimmer a sympathetic character, a point of view that he deserves a bit more than he gets. So you get 5 stars ^_^.

Definately a good video, I'd definately like to see some more 'serious' videos on the Dwarfers, especially if you can do more as good as this.

  • "Dramatic Pause" may be a bit of a stretch, but yes, they were intended.

The greyscale was in reference to the fact that Grant Naylor originally wanted the hologrammic characters to be black and white, but was deemed to expensive.
