That was so pathetic it isn't funny. Well, actually it is pretty funny. If the girl's leagues are including things like that in their games they're playing a pretty sad game and I don't think it deserves to be called roller derby.

They should change the rules, but in almost every sport there is stalling where the team is just running down the clock (with the exception of baseball). That's essentially what they're doing here, but it is out of control in derby.

I can't stand when they do this, Nobody seems to like this other than the teams that do it. Seems to me if girls go to the box their team should not be allowed to delay the next jam waiting for their girls to get back in the game however, the opposing team could always just take off down the track and the team trying to delay the jam would have to catch up to create a pack. I think this delay is killing Derby "shows"

@zrx7873 Yeah, it was a decent game. But my point with this video (and posts on my blog) is that in any normal sport, it's either impossible or completely unfeasible to stand around and do nothing to get what you want. It may have been a decent game overall, in other sports even bad games are entertaining all of the time, since people are doing something against one another all of the time. Not standing around because it's a convenient way to get what they want.
