Hey I`m sorry "jkno." I was under the impression you were the artist who made the statue. And no it`s not a sexual thing I`m pointing out. I`II explain it this way; You buy a 12 cylinder, fire red Ferrari Maserati. Absolutely gorgeous. You walk around it admiring it`s curves and lines and the beauty of it`s design and there, stamped on the passengers door is a raised copyright from Ferrari. They could have stamped it on the chassis { sole of her shoe} but they didn`t.......DISAPPOINTED !!
Listen......I`m not going to make a big deal about the copyright being on the porcelain statue`s thigh....BUT......I wouldn`t buy it because of it. So I`II leave it to you if its just a minor problem. And I`II say this also. Its a beautiful collectable and when I saw it I immediately thought who do I get a hold of to purchase it and then I saw her thigh........Two of us have mentioned the copyright being inappropriate where it is, maybe there`s some merit to our observation................
@MORRISON7585 Personally I don't really mind that text on thigh since I'm not looking at that area like others seem to... :\ I'm not the sculptor of this statue, if you don't like it go talk to him or the company producing it. If you want to see a better rendition of Aeon look at my custom Aeon Flux statue in my channel.
I`m with TubeSocksOfAronBurr, I loved the statue up until the point I saw the copyright on her inner thigh. Why do you feel the need to ruin such a collectable piece of artwork with such a gaudy display of ownership. It seems to me to be the same as an artist doing the most incredible painting and then ruining it with his or her signature smeared across a vital part of the artwork. Place the copyright on the sole of her boots..........its so simple. Again.....wtf?
BTW I forgot comment about some pics taken from "The Herodotus File". Great collectible for Aeon fans that really fits with the MTV series. I got mine from amazon.
@mishmoshable This is an old statue. just imagine what Hot Toys could do if getting the license one day, McFarlane is not even in the same league with Hot Toys.

@MORRISON7585 That is a minor problem, unless you intend to stare all day long at that location...

@conatcha Indeed. An excellent book, I got mine many years ago.

I imagine Courtney Cox dressed like that... I think she would make a great Aeon.
conatcha 11 months ago
@conatcha I agree, Courteney is closer to the original look of Aeon. Same with Lara Flynn Boyle.
jkno 11 months ago
@jkno Yeah, Lara would be great too with her white skin and that glare in her ice eyes.

@conatcha BTW check out my video with the custom made Aeon statue. :)

she could be sexier. Mcfarlane could do a better job at reproducing Aeon as a statue/model.
