  • Beautiful, made me smile.

  • Kjære Inger, det var fantastisk å se filmen din igjen. Savner deg. Stor klem fra Kjetil, Nina og Vårin

  • Maybe we all can fit inside of this world, no matter how superficially different we are...

  • A very short but sweet video - Pro-Film quality

  • Over 200 000 views! Wow!!!

  • Such strange beauty, this film... Her voice is a lullaby... She is peaceful... yet inside a storm. That's true beauty in a story..film, theatre.. either way.

I ask myself the same questions all, all the time.

  • aw thats soo cool:)

  • This is a great video,,I seen it once before on the Pulbic Channel on T.V.

    ***Barry***

  • amazing! i was really touched!

  • that was so cool. sometimes all these artsy films have no point at all. but i can relate to this one, i like it.

  • what do you mean

  • Wow, this video was stunning. The mood was portrayed perfectly through the words and the scenes.

  • Incredibly great video.

  • I feel we are kindred spirits.

  • Beautiful words and images.

  • Nice video....one of the most thought provoking I have seen on here!!

  • really good

  • This film is absolutely amazing, I love the message youre portraying within the film. The setting, and aroma was beautifuly done.

  • was that south africa?

  • gr8 film.. kinda creepy

  • this was a really nice story!

  • Loved it. This is art in a rare and fine form. Video is such a complete way to express, and this one does the job.

  • it makes so much sense in th weardest ways

  • what an senseless rabbling, but i like her voice.

  • fuck off

  • i love thisss!!!! omggggg~ its so true. everyone trys to fit in but what they cant see is that they fit in the most common places- like a bathtub.

  • Awesome! I loved it and you made some great points.

  • WOW...that is amazing

  • Lovely

  • slow but worth it

  • beautiful

  • Stunning video. A great moral for a changing world.

  • I love everything about this video

  • Where did my white african queen go, I wish she was mine! and also that she had did this about popcorn~.~(its a bit quicker)

im gonna go lie in the tub with candles and really warm water ~.~ I hope i fit...

  • FAR FROM ATTRACTIVE IS WHAT I wanted to say

  • but that voice is FAR

  • we r human be ings actu ally

  • this video is beautiful. I wonder too... where do i really fit?

  • beautiful.

  • yer, everyone eventually ask themselves this question. Where is your place in this world?

  • damn this is how i get when i hit some reefer

  • I really liked this. Did the woman die in the tub and now she is free in every moment?

  • That's a thought. The film is very symbolic in many ways, although I prefer to think she found herself free in every moment while still living :)

  • Wow, this is pretty cool! Soooo poetic....

  • What a lovely thought-provoking piece. You go South Africa!

  • i wonder too..

thnx for this poetic lovely work..

    ik smelt ervan..

  • I love her voice too...

Beautiful. I have such a crush on her!

  • Love her voice.

  • wtf?!?!?!

  • LAME.

  • we are not human beings, we are human doings, we are what we make or do, if we make or do nothing, we are nothing. it's what we make or do that makes us what we are.

  • I liked it alot. Please make more.

  • OMG i thought this was great. it was so phisophical and inspiring wow it blew me away i really enjoyed it may i subscribe to your videos?

  • very thought provoking, I've just favourited it! :-) Can you tell me what the music is that plays during the very end credits?

  • It says in the credits that the Bath/Credit Song was composed by Nick L'Ange. I agree with you. This is a very thought provoking film and it vocalizes questions I have been asking myself lately.

  • Nick L'Ange studied 'sound' at the film school with me. He composed the song especially for the film! :) I love it!

  • Oh wow, this is like every stereotypical student film all rolled into one. A person who only took intro to philosophy and psychology and tries to "blow your mind" with what-if bombs. What-if movies are clever when people try to answer them, not string them together like Christmas lights and expect you to admire Teh 3dgyness.

  • briljant!!

  • Thank you for being so inspiring, so bold and so courageous - I love your short film. I want to watch it over and over again. I myself am an artist and this film touches me deeply. Thank you thank you.

  • i really enjoyed this. i like the moment where you see her foot turn the nob of the tub

  • my god... sound like freakin philosipher! O.O

  • This video is laughable trash, middle school blogger ideas on life, you people are terrible and I wish on you muteness

  • Congratulations on gaining so many views! I remember the first time I watched this, and it is still just as entrancing. I'll have to check out the rest of your videos.

  • well I got forwarded this video by someone telling me to check it out because she has the most annoying voice in the world, and I agree that she has. Anyone think she sounds a bit like Salad Fingers? I'd like to hear her say "Hello, i like it with the re water comes out, ohhh rusty spoons, i like the sensation that rusty spoooons leave on my skin when I touch them, ahhhh"

  • You, sir, obviously have no taste when it comes to the human voice. There is an aesthetic of sound at work here. Linga has the most relaxing - at least in the context of this film - voice I think I've ever heard. It is lulling without being langorous; leading without being coy. It is beautiful. Shame you have no ears to hear it.

  • OK Robtren everyone is entitled to their opinion and mine remains the same. If you find her voice relaxing I have a few others for you to listen to when next time you kick back in your armchair after work with a chilled beer or glass of wine (or any other off-the-wall relaxation methods you may have), try listening to Salad Fingers or the vocalist from Napalm Death next time you want to enhance your 'relaxation experience', they just might sound your kinda thing.

  • they actually are my kinda thing to relax to! woo hoo!

  • I really liked this. Great job.

  • I thought that was wonderful. :)

  • I Will not insult you by telling you what you going for in this video. I will tell you however I did enjoy it.

  • very nicely done message about being in the moment. I am a bathtub kinda gal too so I could relate.

  • This is weak, unstructured prose at best with a hint of self interpreted poetic solice..... Either way, I'd lick her from head to toe right after that bath.

Strangely enough, the film work was not bad......very documentary, but still loose enough to satisfy the story. The little "Alanis Morissette style" la-ti-da tune killed the end for me....

  • What you're saying is that you're the soul, not the body, and I agree. I don't say soul in the contemporary way, as most people view it.

  • I wanna like this video but her voice really bothers me :s

  • the only thing that would have made this good is if we could see that girl naked...her whole body...but i agree w/ MrGameface...so many stupid people on here trying to act sophisticated

  • This really speaks to me! I've dealt with ridiculous amounts of rejection in my life. Still can't find my place. This moment? I'm so greatful for it, but it doesn't fit quite right.

  • hhhmmmmm il like what she says i dont get the whole pic part but very good

  • Well said ....

  • Beautiful video. Absolutely beautiful. Simply loved it.

The beginning of it was a bit rough, but the rest was so good.

  • EMO /cut cut cut. beeep

  • i love how people say this is good; like they are some kind of cultural advocate. this is crap. you need to learn the difference between shit and schitnette. read some william blake to start with. listen to some contemporary saxophone.

  • In the bath tub you wash away much more than dirt. You wash away your mistakes the pain and pressures and you renew again to face a miriad of Universes all recording a reality. People can be cruel or nice or smart and it is a joy when they share and for a defining moment you peer into someone elses reality and see what they see....Dean Roger Ray

  • One man's trash is another man's treasure they say. Noone will ever have the exact same opinion as yours... so I personally suggest not to become an ass, in some men's eyes, by having a bad opinion of anyone else.

  • wow...

    beautiful BEATIFUL words...

  • this is a great video it has moved me, it honestly exited me it was moving your voice is beautiful i like it a lot....inspiring

  • Very beautiful. Artistic. Poetic. A child that was unloved, and found her place in the moment.

  • unfortunately, judging by most of these comments, youtube isn't the best place to post art like this and get any sort of constructive conversation. very interesting.

  • Not exactly a film that uses any special angles. The first two minutes summed up everything you were trying to illustrate/narrate the entire film. There was meaning behind it, but I wonder how much? Perhaps it went over my head. I'd give it a 4/10 rating... sorry, mate.

  • this comes from a person who has a video of a game.....watch your self before you watch some one else

  • I agree, I also think the other comment posters think they're terribly intellectual when they call this a masterpiece. Its good, but only good enough to pass off as YouTube video.

  • Arty farty pretentious wank, it's pathetic and with THE most annoying voice I've ever heard, she does it on purpose as well, anyone can talk like that if they keep their voice softly just at the point it break whilst keeping it croaky, there's a reason why people don't talk like that...

  • Amen. Ah to listen to the poetic truths of highschool journal keepers (or filmschool anyway), such beauty.

  • Wait so are you a straight transsexual dude that um lives in Africa?

  • may i say scary :S

  • ur mad... ur obcessed with bathtubs

  • pretty cool!

  • Could you BE any more emo?

  • Everybody can fit in side a bath tub ffs pmsl

  • omg, soz i didnt know there was an end!!! i sed it at the beginning

  • omg, how sad!!! no offence

  • I think you fit.

  • Thanks :)

  • That was beautiful. Kinda of reminded me of Amelie. Was it addapted fromn a short story by any chance?

  • No, it was written as a script from the start. I love Amelie :)

  • Sometimes I focus on a texture

a thin razor edge of sameness

where every tiny bit is unique

Sometimes I feel I'm supposed to live

naked and isolated in a cube of light

and sometimes naked in my own clothes

    screaming out every last frustration

of every raindrop, I like that feeling

a vampire sucking life from the world

a child given a christmas gift of the universe

  • beautiful clever I think i love it....KIM

  • Great video, absolutely briliant.

    5 stars =]

  • Dark.

  • wow...that is so beautiful. so vulnerable, so raw, so real...it's incredibly hard to do that without being cheesy, so congratulations. after only seeing this one film from you, i am sure that you can seriously do something with all that talent. i mean it. go for it.

  • Thanks for the inspiring comment! :)

  • What a great video, and a great message... I feel the same way sometimes.

  • Wow. Its so deep. I feel the same way and often think about the same things expressed in this video. I love it. In fact I love it with all my heart. I cant stop watching it...

    BRILLIANT!

  • Wow, I kind of came across this on accident, but I'm very glad I found it! What a wonderfully powerful message!

  • Thank you! I loved it! I think the idea is simply brilliant!

  • It was superb!

  • This was fabulous. The concept and everything is very clever, and extremely well executed. The narrator's voice was sort of nasally and dry (no offense), but other than that it was beautiful. <3

  • Well, I came across this quite accidentally. I decided to watch and am pleasantly surprised. I think we all wonder where we fit at some point in our lives. As a military kid, I know that feeling well. Now that I am older, I feel sort of like I fit everywhere ;0)

  • Great narative. Excellent visualisation...was a very powerful message to be put across in such a short format. Loved it!

  • A wonderful movie! Its so deep! Every thought is so true I love it!

  • This was unsettling and scary and challenging and amusing and life-enhancing and all in a few minutes! Excellent!

  • love it!

  • i liked that

  • I was pleasantly surprised by this video...The narration and acting was a little melodramatic, but overall it was very beautiful. Great special effects too!

  • beautiful art ...5 star gold...very moveing indeed... soul_rocker7@yahoo

  • The camerawork is good, but I had no idea what the commentary meant.

  • good lord that was Weird.

  • It's because you don't have an ounce of intelligence in you. You're torpid and slow, so you didn't understand the message.

  • This is great work! I love it! Insperational!

  • Absolutely beautiful, thank you for sharing your thoughts and a means of viewing them.

  • you need to clear your throat.... i can hardly hear you, noob

  • what the fuck

  • another amazing video from you

  • NOTHING more to think or say

between your smile and my musing .. NO THING ..

your lovely modern zen video koan POINTING THE WAY TO NOTHINGNESS is as powerful and true as the blackest star twinkling night suddenly cracking open to reveal in close-up an expanding planetary nebula .. you rock! Inger.

Every single frame of this video is enough to fill a universe of bathtubs. Kudos and tusinde tak.

  • this was such an amazing film. Just short and just long enough to really relay the message. Thank you! <3

  • mesmerizing

  • That was quite amazing, im lost for words on how to explain my thoughts, but amazing.

  • What

    The

    FUCK

  • that was fascinating :D

  • You did an excellent job with this video. Loved it.

  • Omw what a great video!!!

  • Very. very nice. Very classy and very good. Poetry.

  • You captured an amazing truth... thank you - this film is radiant.

  • Wow. That was truly a beautifully done film. Please, keep up the good work.

  • Very nice piece of work. This video was put together perfect. Thw words sounds and music.

    Bravo!

    I enjoyed it.

  • She reminds me of Napolean Dynomites sister.

    Great video aswell.

  • Could'nt agree more! Great Vid.

  • those are some nasty feet...

  • gorgeous, the whole film in a whole was beautiful, and the dancers in the water were gorgeous visuals as well.

    excellent job <3

  • This is really good.

Seems like something you'd see in a film festival.

  • Nice film and a very interesting voice. Good questions and maybe(?) answers, but sometimes a little bit repetitive on certain themes. But all in all very well done.

  • surprising how the comments vary on this video. I didn't find it boring, but it caused me to question my bathtub - maybe I need a smaller one as I do not fit perfectly into mine - there is room for two. Maybe I should have been a twin? if we are comparing to our womb experience? No, but seriously I thought the film was very atmospheric and I loved the music. I will be rating it 5 stars.

  • Only who, or why, does not need any, but who will welcome, perfect, return, and invite any is permitted to live or go in side the oldest house of whom. We fit inside the inside out house given to us in zakat charity so the flow of the walls can meet and eide, and create, instead of only go around...

  • Are you Yoko Ono's child? This is pretentious, narcissistic drivel.

  • i liked the video its interesting but at the same time boring, and it makes me feel weird but i like it in a way, i hope you become an authour, or movie writer your pretty good at this.

  • OooK....thank you for sharing.

Properly edited this could be an OK bathtub commercial. The message of the video is , I think, that bathtubs are better than other ways of washing, like buckets or rain. It makes it quite clear that if you lay in the dirt, you will need washing.

  • Did you even really watch this? Bathtub comercial? Ok...!

  • That was amazing.

  • That was really quite beautiful. Thank you.

  • that was so beautiful and pure thank you for that

  • booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring!!
