Such strange beauty, this film... Her voice is a lullaby... She is peaceful... yet inside a storm. That's true beauty in a story..film, theatre.. either way.
I ask myself the same questions all, all the time.
we are not human beings, we are human doings, we are what we make or do, if we make or do nothing, we are nothing. it's what we make or do that makes us what we are.
It says in the credits that the Bath/Credit Song was composed by Nick L'Ange. I agree with you. This is a very thought provoking film and it vocalizes questions I have been asking myself lately.
Oh wow, this is like every stereotypical student film all rolled into one. A person who only took intro to philosophy and psychology and tries to "blow your mind" with what-if bombs. What-if movies are clever when people try to answer them, not string them together like Christmas lights and expect you to admire Teh 3dgyness.
Thank you for being so inspiring, so bold and so courageous - I love your short film. I want to watch it over and over again. I myself am an artist and this film touches me deeply. Thank you thank you.
Congratulations on gaining so many views! I remember the first time I watched this, and it is still just as entrancing. I'll have to check out the rest of your videos.
well I got forwarded this video by someone telling me to check it out because she has the most annoying voice in the world, and I agree that she has. Anyone think she sounds a bit like Salad Fingers? I'd like to hear her say "Hello, i like it with the re water comes out, ohhh rusty spoons, i like the sensation that rusty spoooons leave on my skin when I touch them, ahhhh"
You, sir, obviously have no taste when it comes to the human voice. There is an aesthetic of sound at work here. Linga has the most relaxing - at least in the context of this film - voice I think I've ever heard. It is lulling without being langorous; leading without being coy. It is beautiful. Shame you have no ears to hear it.
OK Robtren everyone is entitled to their opinion and mine remains the same. If you find her voice relaxing I have a few others for you to listen to when next time you kick back in your armchair after work with a chilled beer or glass of wine (or any other off-the-wall relaxation methods you may have), try listening to Salad Fingers or the vocalist from Napalm Death next time you want to enhance your 'relaxation experience', they just might sound your kinda thing.
This is weak, unstructured prose at best with a hint of self interpreted poetic solice..... Either way, I'd lick her from head to toe right after that bath.
Strangely enough, the film work was not bad......very documentary, but still loose enough to satisfy the story. The little "Alanis Morissette style" la-ti-da tune killed the end for me....
the only thing that would have made this good is if we could see that girl naked...her whole body...but i agree w/ MrGameface...so many stupid people on here trying to act sophisticated
This really speaks to me! I've dealt with ridiculous amounts of rejection in my life. Still can't find my place. This moment? I'm so greatful for it, but it doesn't fit quite right.
i love how people say this is good; like they are some kind of cultural advocate. this is crap. you need to learn the difference between shit and schitnette. read some william blake to start with. listen to some contemporary saxophone.
In the bath tub you wash away much more than dirt. You wash away your mistakes the pain and pressures and you renew again to face a miriad of Universes all recording a reality. People can be cruel or nice or smart and it is a joy when they share and for a defining moment you peer into someone elses reality and see what they see....Dean Roger Ray
One man's trash is another man's treasure they say. Noone will ever have the exact same opinion as yours... so I personally suggest not to become an ass, in some men's eyes, by having a bad opinion of anyone else.
unfortunately, judging by most of these comments, youtube isn't the best place to post art like this and get any sort of constructive conversation. very interesting.
Not exactly a film that uses any special angles. The first two minutes summed up everything you were trying to illustrate/narrate the entire film. There was meaning behind it, but I wonder how much? Perhaps it went over my head. I'd give it a 4/10 rating... sorry, mate.
I agree, I also think the other comment posters think they're terribly intellectual when they call this a masterpiece. Its good, but only good enough to pass off as YouTube video.
Arty farty pretentious wank, it's pathetic and with THE most annoying voice I've ever heard, she does it on purpose as well, anyone can talk like that if they keep their voice softly just at the point it break whilst keeping it croaky, there's a reason why people don't talk like that...
wow...that is so beautiful. so vulnerable, so raw, so real...it's incredibly hard to do that without being cheesy, so congratulations. after only seeing this one film from you, i am sure that you can seriously do something with all that talent. i mean it. go for it.
Wow. Its so deep. I feel the same way and often think about the same things expressed in this video. I love it. In fact I love it with all my heart. I cant stop watching it...
This was fabulous. The concept and everything is very clever, and extremely well executed. The narrator's voice was sort of nasally and dry (no offense), but other than that it was beautiful. <3
Well, I came across this quite accidentally. I decided to watch and am pleasantly surprised. I think we all wonder where we fit at some point in our lives. As a military kid, I know that feeling well. Now that I am older, I feel sort of like I fit everywhere ;0)
I was pleasantly surprised by this video...The narration and acting was a little melodramatic, but overall it was very beautiful. Great special effects too!

Nice film and a very interesting voice. Good questions and maybe(?) answers, but sometimes a little bit repetitive on certain themes. But all in all very well done.
surprising how the comments vary on this video. I didn't find it boring, but it caused me to question my bathtub - maybe I need a smaller one as I do not fit perfectly into mine - there is room for two. Maybe I should have been a twin? if we are comparing to our womb experience? No, but seriously I thought the film was very atmospheric and I loved the music. I will be rating it 5 stars.
Only who, or why, does not need any, but who will welcome, perfect, return, and invite any is permitted to live or go in side the oldest house of whom. We fit inside the inside out house given to us in zakat charity so the flow of the walls can meet and eide, and create, instead of only go around...
