So I went back to the treasure. Then, as I was nearing it, a pack of wolves fell from the sky ( I mean the alcove 10 feet abve me) and grabbed onto me and yanked me off. But one fell with me too! =]

a good idea is to dismount as you get the cliff edge...

i rode up to the treasure, got off, and while the 'inspect' custscene was playing, i noticed my half just wander off of the cliff in the background.

no i have no horse :(

@quarn23 i am not sure what you are asking, but you have to unlock mexico to get 6, 7, and 8. Then you have to unlock the northeast part of the map to get 9.
