  • 1:13 lop sided :P

  • this is fenomenal!! thank you so much!

  • Hello there! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father gained a ton of muscle with it.

  • haha tiny girlis tits he have

  • when he says "more sets" it sounds to me like "more sex'. perhaps its just the vision on the exercise ball that adds this strange mistake.

  • juhu swissballs are cool. I am from switzerland

  • Workout Buffs who only use weights: hey look at that wuss using a ball and resistance band!

    4 months later:

Workout Buffs who only use weights: wtf? howd u gain so much muscle?!?!

Swiss ball and resistance band user: i used a ball and resistance bands BITCH!

  • @kpxflameboy

lol gtfo phaggot. deads, squats, ohp, rows, > your fuckin ball phaggot.

  • @hash1212121212 .....yea pretty late kid. also i do it all. and i have a killer body, the resistance and ball is for EXTREME toning and to gain muscle mass i workout heavy. so im balanced and i look better than those only going for the heavy weights.

  • Amazing !!!

  • what a fking bunch of loosers, hey! chris thanks for the vid,you are the man and for all the negative guys post your vids and say that your vid is better than chris vid.

  • lol no homo this guy is all hard work no genetics still has a lil kids chest iv been in better shape then this guy since high school ima make a video about this stuff

  • i have a question whats a good nutrition to follow and is it a good idea to take protein since im only 17? im wondering can i get brolic like you without protein

  • Not been funny but yer hes a good looking man but hes acting like hes really muscley when hes quiet thin compared to the other work out clips ive seen. Maybe he needs to build more muscle before he starts helping people lol

  • @Richardssong18 Well he is a model and that is the type of body that models aim for. There are big models too but generally they're more ripped and small.

  • lol a bitch workout my ass

  • great stuff

  • these are bitch workouts

  • You can see his pennis and balls, which are underneath his shorts :P

  • If you want to exercise like this, you should go to a gym and work out with a teacher. As, if you're a beginner, it may be dangerous to work out alone... anyway, this man is so damn hot! I'd love to fuck him and kiss him :P

  • you are a little bad girl, you know that?

  • i would think u would get a lot of neck pain with this

  • digital neck pain only comes with regular on the floor crunches. any real ab workouts you should only feel in your abs.

  • Comment removed

  • His exercises appear dangerous to execute , esp for beginners . I am sure someone is going to hurt themselves trying to do some of these exercises . There are much safer forms of exrecises to feel your abs

  • 30 is not old dam! 40 is still young.. this guy is hot!

  • You better wish you look that hot at his age. Chris has got it going on!

  • he is old, but gorgeous!!! that's why he is a model.... anyway... so sad you know, they don't mention that he/they (models) have been working out and dieting for years, in a way makes sense that's what they get pay for... to look good

  • There is no need doing all those abs exercises using a swiss ball. The best abs belong to guys from pre-swiss ball era. Koszewski, Zane, Nubret...don't forget about basics

  • and Steroids

  • Yo Chris , your stuff is great - i am pro athlete and I love to work out with the swiss ball. So far you have the best stuff with it. Good job!

  • So what's the trick in that program? Can you tell us please?

  • he looks old but he is hot! love the blue eyes on his dark hair!

  • He looks old?? LOL... what are you, 12?

  • he does look old and im not 12. He looks like in his late 30's but he is hot.

  • hey plz i wanna ask u whats the best way to lose fats ? whats the better > walking or runing ?

  • run first thing in the morning before eating you will burn body fat since its your bodys last resort and you havent eaten yet.

  • Chris this one the Best I have seen for core and Ab workouts. Great Job!!

  • the abs are fast twitch muscle fiber they only work to a full effect by useing a slow or heavey motion thats why you dont see guys doing a sit up in a short blast of a secound lol beacuse abs wont engage properly, its all abouts SLOW, HEAVEY eg body weight and good diet and also challangeing them in different possitions

  • cool vid..btw what size swiss ball do you use?

  • Great exercises.. Right on the money.

  • awsome

  • Thanks for the advice.

  • how many reps and sets?

  • People ask what should I eat. NEWSFLASH. VEGETABLES MAKE YOU SKINNIER

  • No, NEWSFLASH!! BURN MORE THAN YOU CONSUME!!!

  • lol so true....i eat like a horse but im tiny

  • What will I eat? I really want to know because we can't just do abs exercises without the proper foods to maintain that.

  • you can eat everything you want..but you must burn fats..so..having a jogging routine is the best to keep VISIBLE what you have under those fats ;-) obviously..you must avoid trash foods and stuff..eat vegetables, meat, and just a few carboidrates :-P

  • eat 40 percent carbs 40 percent protein and 20 percent fat! healthy fat and healthy carbs I mean! eat five small meals a day and try to do some activity everyday either cardio and weight training or cardio+aerobics

  • Thank you !

  • what if the gravity boots fail lmao!

  • I thought you were bullshitting until I saw the gravity boots.. omg... they exist..

  • from now on u shall believe anythin and everythin I say lmfao

  • Or what if your abs get so tired that you can't get your self down.

  • they obviously got serious safety measures or else he is wasted! ololo

  • if the gravity boots fail you sue and achieve the american dream!

  • In a wheelchair!

  • yeah ah well im sure you could afford illegal stem cells after sueing lol

  • lol

  • gravity boots? well i never.

  • Man, everyone is an expert aren't they? If everyone is so good why search for Abs workouts? Listen to Chris, he has loads of impressive qualifications

  • oh my god. gravity boots? i never even heard of those until i watched this video. this is the 1st video i've seen that is totally different from anything else when it comes to abs.

  • Wud be a lot better if u tell people that they need to reduce their overall body fat first and how!

  • I like this, EVERYONE IS AN EXPERT.HAHAHAHAHA LOL. GOOD JOB CHRIS

  • what size is the duraball? usually they have 55cm, 65cm, and 75cm. what size r u using?

  • i would like to work the external obliques since i'm starting to get 'love handles'. I noticed you tied that string to a pipe and pulled it, but i don't have a anything at home to tie it to. So how can i work on external obliques using that duro ball which i do have. Thanks.

  • how about u lose fat first

  • i'm not fat though, just need to build muscle out of those love handles. my stomach is flat.

  • fat cant be turned into muscles mate! fat loss is different from weightloss...by reducing ur body fat u ll lose the love handles on the process...simple right however it takes a lot of hard work and good nutrition!

  • You got that right...I don't think he had on any underwear beneath those blue shorts, either. ;)

  • well u know about the desperate ladies in the gym:phe wanna be noticed lmao:p

  • hi there i have the shape or the 6 packs but i have to tens so that is can show more and better can u tell me whats best to start of with so i can have the full shape and solid 6 pack thank you .

  • Maybe someday I can group all of my questions together. You talked about the bsu ball? I sure I've got that wrong but I'd like to know where to purchase one. I'm not sure of the spelling. I've purchased a medicine ball off of ebay. Thanks for your help Chris!

  • Chris, meant to ask, what's the resistance level your using with the tubing?

  • You mention heavier weight with more sets and lower reps. How many reps per set do you reccomend?

  • The reps and set range will be 7-10 reps of 4-6 sets if you are doing a single abs exercise. Split the sets if you are doing 2 exercises.

  • Thanks for taking the time out to reply. I need to do more with my abs and have been searching for a "perfect" routine. Yours hit it straight on and I'm appreciative for your video posting. Thanks! Robert

  • i'm from Europe, where could i buy the big velvet ball?

  • The exercise ball that I use is a Dura Ball Pro from duraball dot com.

  • i'am tired already !

  • GRAVITY BOOTS O_O?

  • With a bod like that I will also roll ball

  • I have a question, Hope someone can help me. Im recovering from a slipped disc and have degenerative disc problems down on L4, very low down. I need to strengthen and lose weight around my stomache, Using the swiss call with gentle stomache exercises - would this be advisable? At the moment Im only able to do very little walking. Any help will be appreciated!

  • With disc problems you should not be doing any spinal flexion (crunches). You should work with someone directly who has experience with back rehab. You can contact me through chriscomfortfitness dot com or someone through chekinstitute dot com.

  • Thank you I will do that:)

  • thanks..need to get home and work out..it's been 3 months...I needed the motivation.

  • Thanks ford models for posting such informative and helpful videos!

  • We all have our philosophies...but his abs sure beat mine...

  • nice and good abs, really but not so much washboard abs!!!!!!!!

  • Hey Chris, I loved the abs video. But as we all know it takes more than exercise to get those chiseled abs. I'd like if you could tell or show us about your diet, any supplements you may be taking and how much cardio you do weekly to achieve that lean, ripped midsection. Thanks, Vince

  • good vid. working on my abs right now!

  • Sorry guys. I hate to disappoint, but wrong on all accounts. That's just what "healthy" looks like.

  • i stopped watching when he said the ab muscles are fast-twitch muscle fiber dominant... all bodybuilders know that the abs are ENDURANCE muscle (ie slow-twitch)... but of course he's just a model, not a BBer.

  • Most of the abs muscle are fast-twitch muscle. So you are wrong on that account. You should have kept watching. You might have learned something else.

  • "...muscles like the pectorals, lats, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius tend to have a greater proportion of fast-twitch muscle fibers, while other muscles like the deltoids, abdominals, and soleus tend to have larger proportions of slow-twitch muscle fibers." -Charles Staley, world-famous strength and sport coach.

  • According to Paul Chek the rectus abdominis, external obliques and part of the internal obliques are fast twitch in nature. The TVA and other part of internal oblique are slow twitch. Training the rec. abs. for edurance can lead to poor posture.

  • You've got your sources, i've got mine... is it fair to say that the rec. abs. can both act as a mobilizer (fast-twitch) and a stabilizer (slow-twitch) (i.e. a 50/50 ratio)? Also, I believe there is no harm in training the rec. abs. for endurance, providing that it is not overdone and that the spinal erectors are proportionately strong.

  • nevermind.found it.

  • Okay, I give up, where is part 1??

  • Yes! Everyone remember: You are totally worthless as a human being unless you have a six-pack of abs!

  • What's recommended for someone with a bad lower back? Thanks for any info.

  • These are advanced abs exercises and are definitely not recommended for people with low back pain. Paul Chek is a brilliant exercise specialist that has some great low back rehab type exercises. Google him.

  • too bad my gym does not have the GBs that is something I would like to incorperate into my abs workout. Good tips thanks.

  • wow lets watch some1 work their abs how exciting for youtube -.-

  • cool. i did not know that about the heavy reps. always thought that you had to hit the abs with high reps. thanks!

  • Hey Chris, I'm Giovanni, and on the WestCoast(CA) I use the AB Cruncher by HAMMER STRENGTH. I'm very faithful with this, working the ABS daily. How long before I see defined results? I've been a gymrat for a year, hardcore for (6) months. I have definition, and have used MUSCLETECH'S HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE to lose fat in & around the AB muscles.

  • why does this show up with the ugly beta layout?

  • damn!! the grvity boots look scary!!

  • i like his style very doable anywhere you are. Great job Chris you look great. More power to your show

  • since when did male models stop being muscular and start being really skinny.

  • Male models come in all shapes and sizes. They're not all like Derek Zoolander.

  • He looks very naturally strong...not juiced on steroids.

  • christ..

  • psst..I'll just keep lifting for mass and get Ab implants to fake the total bod. Who wants to do this crap anyway?

  • You'll just have abs that look great but are very weak then, which is pointless

  • With all the pipes and straps, where does this guy workout...a dungeon?

  • Chris Comfort works out at Peak Fitness in Manhattan.

  • Actually, its Peak Performance, which is an amazing personal training facility in New York City. But thanks fordmodels for getting my back. Chris

  • This dude really gets the chicks! HAHAHAHAHA

  • how much hour did you put in each day to get and keep the result?

looks awsome and admire the effort

  • Looks like a total pain in the ass to me!!!!

  • yea.. i don't think models want to be actual muscle builder bodies(where u can see the veins and all), they aim for the health looks

  • Idiot... they are FITNESS models, not body builders. They are muscular but most of all completely toned and in top physical condition. That is far more important than having big muscles, they don't want to be big, if they wanted to, they'd do different workouts and get big!

  • This is dumb. All this is going to do is strengthen your abdominals. No excercise will EVER give you a 6-pack or bring out your abs!!! Only having a low body fat percentage will do that. Period.

  • I was asked to demonstrate some abs exercises, and so that's what I did. Lowering body fat is a separate issue.

  • Fair enough. I apologize for being so boorish.

  • Not true, you only have to look at some professional wrestlers to see how wrong you are. Loads of them have clearly visible six-packs but still have the love handles! Take a look at Kurt Angle, his body fat isn't particularly low, he's quite chunky, yet he has a very visible six-pack, and Triple H, until recently (He's slimmed down a lot). It all depends on your conditioning and toning wether you have a visible six-pack or not.

  • Can you delete a comment? Mine went away?

  • Hmm. Not sure how to delete, but I think I can do something called "Block User."

  • you start with a pull up and bring your legs up and hook them over the bar.

  • What if your back starts to hurt toward this exercise?

  • stop doing them and see your doctor

  • The guy has a very impressive physique. I love his abs!

  • shittt dis guy is sick at excercise.....
