It's over-correcting that causes accidents like this. For example, more people are killed when they swerve to avoid a deer and thus hit a tree or cross the centerline into oncoming traffic, than by deer collisions. In a situation like this one, it's definitely best to just hit the dog. After all, the dog's owner would be at fault for failing to keep their dog in their own damn yard.

That is so sad and so true, so many people speed with out ever really careing about any one else. My cousin died from a car accident and his sister was in another car and watched it all happen. My sister was in an accident because of stupid people like that guy in the movie. I think people should watch this and know how horrible it is so speed.
