The trinity can best be explained like this. When you go to buy gas, there is supreme, mid grade, and regular. Jehovah the Father is like the supreme. Jesus is the mid grade and the holy spirit is like regular. they are all gas yet one has more octane, just as the son is in subjection to the Father, the Father is like high octane. But you can burn regular in a high performance car so you can pray to the Father, or to the son, or pray to the Holy Spirit or all three at once.

1 Corinthians 15 in no way debunks the Christian doctrine of the Trinity. The Father is the Supreme one of the Godhead, he is the head of Christ.(1 Cor 11:3) Their is order within the Godhead, and even within God there exist the principle of love, obedience, fellowship, and headship.

You are incorrect about Revelation 3:14. The only singular noun used in the NT for "ruler" is archwn. This is also in Revelation 1:5. It also does not mean "source," for the Father is here shown to be the source for it is "God's creation," and further, this would contradict John 1:3, Col. 1:16, Heb. 1:2, etc, because all of these passages define Christ as the intermediate agent in creation, not the source. In Matthew 3:17 it says that god said from heaven "this is my son, the one whom i have approved." And in other scriptures it says that Jesus said father when reffering to god and he called him both my father and god. If they were the same in Matthew 3:17 it would have said "this is my son,my God, the one whom i have approved" but it doesn't.

(1 Cor 11:3) The head of Christ is God, BUT, the Father is directing everyone to the Son FIRST! (1 Jn 5:9-11). If you don't have the Son first, you don't have the Father! (Mt 10:40). This Scripture proves the Trinity my dear! "Let US make man in OUR image" is the Father, Son, and Spirit in the act of creation. Genesis 1:27 then says that "GOD created man in his OWN image". There is plurality within the being of God. If Yahweh said that he was going to make man in "OUR image", and if it says that God alone created them, then we have arrived at the doorstep of the Holy Trinity itself. Isaiah 44:24 says Jehovah was alone in creation, so who other than Jehovah was there?

The term 'God' is a term that the translators used for all of the different Hebrew terms related to the One True God and His spirit sons - Ha Eloah (the One True God), Elohim (the spirit sons of God, also includes Ha Eloah). Scripture talks about the divine council of beings that Ha Eloah rules over. The term 'God' is very misleading.

1 Corinthians 15 in no way debunks the Christian doctrine of the Trinity. The Father is the Supreme one of the Godhead, he is the head of Christ.(1 Cor 11:3) Their is order within the Godhead, and even within God there exist the principle of love, obedience, fellowship, and headship.

@candycaine24 you are correct. chapter 8 of proverbs is speaking on wisdom. the jws will tell you to skip down to verse 20 and read from there and try to tell you that it is speaking about christ. and when you point out that the passage is speaking about wisdom they will say their most famous phrase, "that is not what we belive". you can show them the truth and plant the seed and let GOD do the rest. We just have to pray for them at really that is all we can do once we show them the truth.

Sirius your assuming Modalism, not the Biblical teaching of the Trinity. John 1:18 is obviously a reference to the FATHER as shown later in the same verse where it says that Jesus is "God the one and Only" and says he is the one who has explained the God no man has seen, the Father. God is Three Persons, he is Father, Spirit and Son. Mark 10:18 actually proves that Jesus is God since he is the ONLY one who is Good and Worthy!(Read Revelation 5 where Only Jesus is worthy and is worshiped by ALL!)

You conveniently left out the second part of John 1:18, which was not spoken by Jesus but by the Apostle John, it says "But God the One and Only(Greek: Monogensis Theos), who is at the Father's side, has made Him known." No one has seen God the Father, but God the Son(John 1:1,14,18) is the One who has made him known. John 20:28 still makes perfect sense, Jesus is Lord and God, like it or not.

Jesus never also said "I am the Messiah and will die for your sins". He did however not refute the idea that he was the Messiah when being charged by it either by his diciples or his opponents. Same thing concerning his deity. When Thomas saw the risen Christ and said "My Lord and my God", Jesus did not rebuke him or reject the idea.(John 20:28) He did in fact claim to be the Great I AM, Jehovah God.(John 1:1, 8:58, 10:27-30)

You are incorrect about Revelation 3:14. The only singular noun used in the NT for "ruler" is archwn. This is also in Revelation 1:5. It also does not mean "source," for the Father is here shown to be the source for it is "God's creation," and further, this would contradict John 1:3, Col. 1:16, Heb. 1:2, etc, because all of these passages define Christ as the intermediate agent in creation, not the source. To say Christ is the source is to say he is the Father, who is the source.

Jesus Christ is called Wisdom, which in Greek is a feminine noun (1Cor. 1:24)! Wisdom is a female because in Hebrew the noun (chokmah) is a feminine noun! In verse 30 the masculine noun amon is also applied to Wisdom.
You have confused Wisdom as a person (who personified an attribute) with the attribute of wisdom. God never lacked wisdom, but he did exist without the one who personified wisdom.

Israel is a nation, not a person when called firstborn. So with Ephraim. Has nothing to do with a person. David was "*made* firstborn." Jesus is never said to have been "made" it. Firstborn does not mean preeminent, it means the one born first. The one born first was preeminent. You can't take obviously figurative texts that have to do with either a nation or where somebody was made it and apply it to another context, especially when the word everywhere else is used literally.

In Matthew 3:17 it says that god said from heaven "this is my son, the one whom i have approved." And in other scriptures it says that Jesus said father when reffering to god and he called him both my father and god. If they were the same in Matthew 3:17 it would have said "this is my son,my God, the one whom i have approved" but it doesn't.

this is so slow... jesus is the son of man that does all his work for him, thru him we talk to the father, but so many different people changed the bible, even christians, from the king henry made the church allow divorce, so he would not kill his wives anymore... believe wat you want.. i believe in the father the son and the holy spirit. no one knows how god works, not peter, not john, not paul. we are all men, prone to sin. only god will show you at you end. hopefully you keep you relationship

When JW's maintain that Jesus was 'made' of the seed of David(that Jesus was a god "created" by Jehovah to die for our sins), they may point to Proverbs 8:22-35 for justification. However, the Bible is speaking here of "wisdom" see Proverbs 8:12. Also Proverbs 8:1 wisdom is spoken of in a female sense. (Her)

1 Corinthians 15:24-28 is speaking of when the Son rules By himself for the Thousand Year reign, after the Thousand Year the Christ will no longer rule by himself but will continue to rule alongside his Father in subjection to Him.

Actually Modalism shows that the 'One' God changes modes from 1 to the other. God's nature is not like that. all three are all eternal God. 3 seperate persons but all still God. (1 God, 3 persons).

The Father is greater respecting his position in the Godhead especially when Christ lowered himself to a servents form in human flesh.(Phil 2:6-9; Hebrews 2:5-9) You need to understand that within the Godhead, it is the Sons mission to Glorify the Father, the Spirit to glorify Christ and the Father, and the Father to Glorify Jesus Christ.

You see you prove my point exacly. Jehovah's Witnesses simply do not understand the Christian belief of the Trinity.
What you seem to be attacking is called Modalism, that God is One Person and he changes into the Son and then runs back and turns into the Father and so forth.
Jesus is not a "piece" or "part" of the Father as you seem to have the impression. The Trinity is ONE God, in this One being of God there are 3 distinct Persons. Nothing like the 3-headed pics you see in WT Magazines
